Nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos plus sincères excuses. La transition entre les saisons hiver/printemps est toujours un peu délicate puisque nous ne pouvons parramétrer notre climatisation sur une seule température : chaud ou froid. Au vu des températures froides ces derniers jours, nous avions décidé de laisser le chauffage pour encore quelques temps. Merci de votre compréhension.
