Nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos plus sincères excuses. La transition entre les saisons hiver/printemps est toujours un peu délicate puisque nous ne pouvons parramétrer notre climatisation sur une seule température : chaud ou froid. Au vu des températures froides ces derniers jours, nous avions décidé de laisser le chauffage pour encore quelques temps. Merci de votre compréhension. Clean room, decent size, comfortable bed, efficient shower, English language news channels on TV, armchair (unlike most Ibis Styles), friendly staff, good breakfast (including hot ham & eggs).

We had reserved a room and was confirmed on March 8. At arrival April 1/2026 the room was NOT available and NO other room available, the hotel was FULL. Hardly anybody spoke English in the hotel, with the help of the bar tender he found another hotel Greet in the same town Nancy. However, this Greet hotel was much cheaper, but Ibis hotel charged, where no room was for us, charged us full price of € 129, while the Greet hotel price was only € 78. I want the difference paid back !

With my reservation through the Accor site, I asked to put a dinner reservation for us and I asked if there was a minifridge in the room where to put my medication. NEVER had an answer. At arrival, I found out that the restaurant was closed and there was no possibility to store my life saving medication. The polite girl at the recepion aknowledged they don't read customers' messages, but she offered no solution for my medication (had to leave it in the car: it was quite cold, so ok, but what if it was August?). If I knew this, I would choose another hotel. I've been staying here before and it was ok. Suggestion: state clearly on the site that your restaurant is closed on Sundays and don't offer the possibility to leave a message, as you won't read it. Second/third and for sure last time I'll stay in this hotel
