Unfortunately, the parking facility is managed independently, and despite our efforts, we are not able to offer a preferential rate to our guests. We are also sorry that the ventilation system affected your comfort during the night. Please do not hesitate to inform our team during your stay if you experience any inconvenience, as we are always happy to investigate and assist whenever possible. Finally, we were surprised by your comment regarding the soft-boiled eggs. We provide fresh organic eggs that guests cook themselves using the boiling water station available at the breakfast buffet. It is therefore possible that there was a misunderstanding. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback regarding the breakfast selection and the organization of the breakfast room, and we will continue working to improve our guests' experience. The location is good, however the parking fee for the parking near by is huge, 28 euro per day. The hotel itself looks bad from outside, not expected this from a Mercure hotel. The staff is ok, and smiling. The window room cannot open, the AC is constantly working, or the ventilation system of the whole hotel, which may be annoying at night. The breakfast is ok, but not with plenty of choices. The boiled eggs were cold...I think the management of the breakfast room should be improved.

My staying is frequent for business target. So the requirement is focus on the comfort after whole day working. Indeed, i am satisfied with the warm hostality at the reception always. Appreciate! Just one point to expected better. My staying covers the weekend as well and the cleaning time is not forseeable so I have to wait outside during the cleaning time. If possible, may I ask for a fixed cleaning time for Saturday ans Sunday so I can schedule my time in advance? Thanks Li

One advantage is that the gym is available 24 hours a day, allowing guests to use it at any time they want. It would have been helpful if guests had been informed at check-in that the beverages in the minibar are complimentary, or if this had been clearly indicated on the minibar itself. Downside: The water in the shower booth does not drain well.

The overall experience was ok. Unfortunately there was no possibility to open any window and get fresh air in. The air conditioning did not the cool down enough to experience a relaxing sleep

Regarding the windows, our hotel is located in a high-rise building. Therefore, and in accordance with current safety standards, the windows cannot be opened. However, the rooms are equipped with a mechanical ventilation system that ensures continuous air renewal to guarantee comfort and indoor air quality. We understand, however, that this configuration may not meet the expectations of all our guests. Hotel is in high rise block near the station. Very good position but only one lift working the whole time we were there. Also told not to use the stairs because certain doors wouldn't open. So chaos at peak times - packed lifts stopping at every floor. Heating in the room was weird - control didn't match the instructions and appeared to do literally nothing. Room remained exactly the same temp the entire time regardless of what the controls said. Complained to reception, they left 2 extra blankets in the room. Creative response but kind of missing the point - I'm not going to sit with a blanket round me all the time I'm in the room. Room was strangely sparse - eg nowhere to hang a towel, bedside 'blocks' but no drawers. It felt like every non-essential feature had been costed out.
