One advantage is that the gym is available 24 hours a day, allowing guests to use it at any time they want. It would have been helpful if guests had been informed at check-in that the beverages in the minibar are complimentary, or if this had been clearly indicated on the minibar itself. Downside: The water in the shower booth does not drain well.

The overall experience was ok. Unfortunately there was no possibility to open any window and get fresh air in. The air conditioning did not the cool down enough to experience a relaxing sleep

We sincerely regret that your room experience did not meet your expectations, nor the level of service expected of a 4-star establishment. Regarding the windows, our hotel is located in a high-rise building. Therefore, and in accordance with current safety standards, the windows cannot be opened. However, the rooms are equipped with a mechanical ventilation system that ensures continuous air renewal to guarantee comfort and indoor air quality. We understand, however, that this configuration may not meet the expectations of all our guests. Great location but could do with a tidy up in places

Really good location for exploring Nancy and car park adjacent which seems pretty secure. The main railway station is also adjacent. All the staff were excellent and professional and resolved a minor problem immediately. We had one of the “Privilege” rooms on the 7th floor which in itself was fine and comfortable. What would have been a 5 star review was dropped to 4 due to some areas such as stained carpets and damaged paintwork, something that should not be just left. Breakfast okay but I’ve had better in other Mercure hotels. I’m not sure how long one of the lifts has been out of action but I suspect it’s not something new? Breakfast okay but I’ve had better in other Mercure hotels.
