nice hotel, good pool and facilities. My primary issue is that the rooms were too hot. 22 deg isn't low enough, particularly at night when you have duvets on the beds. If you advertise air conditioning you should mention that this is the lowest the temperature goes - i would expect to be able to take my room to 19 deg to sleep in.

Very bad reception at the SPA. They said that they cannot fit gift cards because they are from lower rank appointements and are not prioritized, this was not specified upon purchase. The tone and mood of the people on the SPA was very sarcastic and unprofessionel, agressive talk and not at all helpful for a refund. I am trying my refund directly with planity though.

Very nice hotel and room and the food was delicious! Well located near the TGV station. Wonderful staff. Comfortable bed, just a great experience. It is a bit of a distance from downtown Avignon but Uber service is excellent!
