nice hotel, good pool and facilities. My primary issue is that the rooms were too hot. 22 deg isn't low enough, particularly at night when you have duvets on the beds. If you advertise air conditioning you should mention that this is the lowest the temperature goes - i would expect to be able to take my room to 19 deg to sleep in.

Very bad reception at the SPA. They said that they cannot fit gift cards because they are from lower rank appointements and are not prioritized, this was not specified upon purchase. The tone and mood of the people on the SPA was very sarcastic and unprofessionel, agressive talk and not at all helpful for a refund. I am trying my refund directly with planity though.

To me the perfect place to enjoy Avignon festival, alone, in a couple or with kids. Yes it is not directly in city center but the bus connexion and Uber are quite easy and rather fast to catch. The swimming pool and spa are a real plus !

Excellent welcome by the staff. However due to an event of BYD, the parking was not accessible. The choice of the menu for the dinner was limited, and medium quality. The bedroom was great and the overall of the hotel too.

I'll extract 2 comments from emails I received from the hotel regarding my booking and my request to use the Spa. 1) Furthermore, regarding the spa, I invite you to contact them to reserve your appointments as soon as possible. 2) Thank you for your message and for your interest in our spa facilities. Unfortunately, the spa will be exceptionally closed for maintenance works throughout the entire week. Annoying as we were looking forward to using the facilities. We pointed this out during check in and cannot compliment enough how well our issue was handled. Apart from this, everything about our short stay was very nice indeed.
