The hotel was noisy. I good hear the neighbours talking. Their alarms etcetera. The sink of the shower was smelling badly. Furthermore the stay was okay. For a relative new hotel my complaints should not be expected. As a result the prce / quality rating has room for improvement

The rooms and the hotel itself was nice, however the breakfast was appalling. I had to ask the staff to turn on a pancake machine the first day even though we had breakfast at 9pm, the next day there was cold egg, no bacon, no sausage, no jam. We asked the staff if they could put more out and was informed they had ran out, they did not care, in fact some of the time the lady was standing on her phone. If you are staying at this hotel I would recommend you having breakfast out of the hotel. We did complain to reception and was told we would get a refund a week later we still have no heard anything, extremely poor customer service.

We had to stop in Avignon in our trip to The Netherlands. This is a hotel very easy to get in with a very big parking and incredible rooms. They also admit pets which makes our journey easier!

I arrived at 4 AM at the hotel with my three year old daughter. The receptionist was very kind to suggest ordering breakfast for the room at 10h30. At 10H45, there was no breakfast. I called the reception. It finally arrived at 11 am. The waitress who brought the breakfast to the room literally warned us that it was an exception that should not be repeated and as an exception we did not receive what we had ordered. The at 12:03. i.e. 3 minutes after the check-out time, somebody knocked at the door. It was a hotel staff, interrogating : "what time are you leaving ? Did you let the reception know about your delay?" It was not even 5 minutes after the check out time. We find this incredibly rude.
