I'll extract 2 comments from emails I received from the hotel regarding my booking and my request to use the Spa. 1) Furthermore, regarding the spa, I invite you to contact them to reserve your appointments as soon as possible. 2) Thank you for your message and for your interest in our spa facilities. Unfortunately, the spa will be exceptionally closed for maintenance works throughout the entire week. Annoying as we were looking forward to using the facilities. We pointed this out during check in and cannot compliment enough how well our issue was handled. Apart from this, everything about our short stay was very nice indeed.

We stayed only the one night as we had an early train. Everything went smoothly. We had dinner at their restaurant and everything was very good.

During the second breakfast of my three-night stay, the dining area was overcrowded with group tourists. Plates, forks, and cups were in short supply, and I had to wait a long time. Most of the food trays were empty and not replenished for quite a while, so I could only have some bread before leaving. Even at checkout, the number of breakfasts I had was not recorded accurately. It seems the hotel is accommodating more guests than it can reasonably handle, and the overall management should be improved.
