The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. The attitude of 2 members of staff at the start of my stay prevent me from giving a better rating. On arrival, there was no one at reception and when the receptionis did arrive, she did not appear happy. I was not made to feel welcome and offered no advice. No enquiry as to whether I had stayed there before, she just booked me in and took the payment, offering no receipt.
The waitress in the restaurant was also very rude. When I got to the restaurant, again, I was not welcomed. She said something that sound like a grunt and made no effort to communicate witj me clearly and politely.
On checking out, I explained this to the receptionist and she kindly charged me for only one breakfast.
Alas, it is the first impression that is the cleared remembered and so my overall impression is very low about this hotel.

nice hotel, good pool and facilities. My primary issue is that the rooms were too hot. 22 deg isn't low enough, particularly at night when you have duvets on the beds. If you advertise air conditioning you should mention that this is the lowest the temperature goes - i would expect to be able to take my room to 19 deg to sleep in.

Very bad reception at the SPA. They said that they cannot fit gift cards because they are from lower rank appointements and are not prioritized, this was not specified upon purchase. The tone and mood of the people on the SPA was very sarcastic and unprofessionel, agressive talk and not at all helpful for a refund. I am trying my refund directly with planity though.

To me the perfect place to enjoy Avignon festival, alone, in a couple or with kids. Yes it is not directly in city center but the bus connexion and Uber are quite easy and rather fast to catch. The swimming pool and spa are a real plus !

Excellent welcome by the staff. However due to an event of BYD, the parking was not accessible.
