Helpful, friendly welcome from staff at reception. A little bit disappointed with the room, which was apparently a Privilege Room. The decor was a bit tired and in need of some refreshment. However, the bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in the shower, so really not too much to complain about.

Getting to the hotel the first time was a challenge because the emailed directions were not clear and were misleading. The room was great. Breakfast at the hotel was great. Staff and service were very good. The negatives: a smell from the sewerage and very poor packed breakfasts.
