The location is great and the staff are friendly and genial. The hotel needs TLC. The carpets are ancient, the doors and walls all scuffed and discolored. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The thermostat in our room did not work. I mentioned this to someone downstairs and he said he would look into it, but it never worked. Our room was cold and drafty. The paint on the ceiling was peeling off, likely from water damage above and the vent in the bathroom covered in mold. This may have been a four star hotel in the 1970s, but it is not now. With some renovations and deep cleaning, it could be.

I had such a wonderful experience at your hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. I was greated each morning with a happy staff member. The breakfast foods were fresh and delicious...and such a wonderful assortment of choices I had! Everything was super! The women who worked the front desk couldn't have been more pleasant! They also offered great recommendations for places to dine for dinner!
