I booked this when an offer appeared on the Accor All app. I probably should not have expected too much from the price that I paid. I thought that an apartment hotel would be a change as we were staying for a whole week. The accommodation was fine, the bed was comfortable & the hotel was not noisy at night. The quality of the fittings & furniture though were poor. One of the bath towels had holes in it & the others were very thin, not what I expect from Accor. I did not realise that the apartment would not be serviced at all during our stay. I do not need the towels to be changed every day but the toilet could have been cleaned every few days. There were no cleaning products provided or I could have done that myself. I asked about getting the towels changed & was told at reception that the cost was 20€, with the poor quality of the towels perhaps I could have bought new ones! I will never stay in an Adagio Apartment hotel again. I have stayed in Mercure, Ibis Styles & Ibis Budget hotels & have never been disappointed but this was not what I expect from Accor.

We chose the hotel because it is close to the TGV station and we were arriving in the evening. The double room was adequate but not large. It had a small kitchenette with adequate crockery and cutlery, tea and coffee making. The breakfast was good but with no hot food other than boiled eggs and toast. While close to the TGV station, we needed to use the local train to get to central parts of Avignon.

Arrived late in the evening and left next morning. Hotel is conveniently located next to TGV station. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
