Front staff especially the young tall blonde lady were nice. Didn’t get the room cleaned even once for a long 6 night stay. We asked for brand new bed sheets and said we would change the sheets ourselves but they wouldn’t even let us. On the third night, the sheets were already itchy and smelly. They didn’t also let us change the bath mat and in the end it was wet and smelly. I’m an Accor PLATINUM member and still was treated like sh*t. My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our stay. Adagio RUINED OUR HONEYMOON. How can you be even worse than Ibis Budget?!

I left the keys at reception in the morning; I asked them at the evening but they weren't there. First: matter of security. Second: instead of offering a second key, they asked me why I left keys!!! In a hotel! Third: I asked why the central A/C, perfectly working until late night, from around 2/3AM stop being A/C and be just humid, stinky air? Answer: you should talk to a technician...late in the day I called a friend, that actually is an A /C technician...he said that it's the way hotels save electricity and money. I'll stop to visit this hotel and so many of my colleagues. It was not the first time...

The Adagio Apartment Hotel is in need of a refurb! The rooms are tatty; stains on the floor where the shower has leaked, curtains off the rail etc The most frustrating thing was that they advertise an espresso machine but do not provide capsules! Oh dash I forgot to pack mine!! However, you can buy them from the hotel at 1 euro each!! Roughly a 100% mark up on even the original espresso pods, let alone the other brands you can buy in the supermarket these days! In our 30 interail trip, this accommodation was the worst, and one of the most expensive - I can’t recommend staying here - Don’t!!
