The bed was not made properly and the crib was dirty and the sheet was wide (it was a 90cm bed sheet), so it was dangerous for the baby. In addition, the glasses in the room were dirty and the toilet paper was half used, from the previous customer.

Eventually a good stay, but we did not like the condition of the room after checking in it (crumbles of bisquits on table, yoghurts of previous customer in the fridge etc.) and not the fact that our E-mail on preferred conditions for stay was not even read.

Julien and Alina were great, hptel has a feeling of run down with a bare minimum renovation, for a 4 star it was disapoointing. Bathroom was good, with low shower pressure whilst room was clean but renovation was budget.

Despite immediately raising the issue with the hotel, once I saw the invoice which I had agreed to be sent by email, 48 hours later there has been no acknowledgement of the issue nor any reimbursement. All I got was 24 hours later, after two attempts to get an answer, a message saying you couldn't see anything in your system and to send you a screenshot. I actually sent you the actual invoice with a description of the problem but you have chosen to ignore me instead. Not impressed at all with the Pont d'Avignon Accor hotel although I like and respect Accor as a company. I expect action and apology.

well located, nice welcome but... whilst I understand that an upgrade was not possible during the festival (I am platinum member), I really did not expect to be given the disabled room without being told (not a nice surprise... almost felt that I was punished for having asked if an updgrade was possible)... and this room was the most unpractical room - 1) I am tall so disabled rooms are always a nightmare for me 2) the bathroom was a nightmare: there was no peg for bathrobe or rail for towels (I can't see this being practical for a disabled person either) and no shower curtain, leading to the entire bathroom being flooded during each shower. So during 4 days and numerous showers due to the hot weather - a had a repeated negative experience. I mentioned this to the receptionniste who gave me the room... got a "sorry"... not really good enough.

The front desk actually gave us a room that was still under repair and hadn't been cleaned yet. When we checked in, the room was still under renovation and occupied by someone. The towels were dirty, and even after we returned, they weren't cleaned or replaced. The hygiene and safety conditions were seriously concerning.

Read below. Lovely hotel in a great location, with a spacious room. The complimentary sparkling water available on every floor was also a nice touch. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. While the manager was polite and took the time to explain a payment issue, the process was different from every other Accor hotel we stayed at during our trip, which caused unnecessary confusion. The customer service from one staff member was particularly disappointing. They were unable to explain the check-in process or resolve the payment issue until the manager stepped in. The same staff member was also working when we checked out. I said "good morning" twice and received no acknowledgement, only an unfriendly look. This was not the level of customer service I expected from an Accor hotel. On the evening of 20 June, I also asked the same staff member if they could recommend a breakfast spot outside the hotel, as my wife and I had been eating hotel breakfasts for the previous four days. The response was simply, "No, I don't know anywhere. I don't eat breakfast." Avignon is a small city with plenty of cafés, so a simple recommendation would have been appreciated. It came across as rude and unhelpful.
