Well located in relation to the tourist area, parking available, fresh water available on each floor, comfortable room but low water pressure in the bathroom and no air conditioning, only heating. At reception we were informed that, despite the considerable rise in temperatures, management had not yet replaced the air conditioner due to the temperature fluctuations of recent weeks. The recommendation was to leave the window open, but it wasn't enough; we were in a room facing a wall and there was hardly any airflow. Having an individual air conditioning system in each room would be a solution, as each guest could choose according to their needs.

Good, except that our apartment faced the courtyard and some of your employees were smoking in the courtyard on their break. The smoke came straight into our room and forced us to close the window.

Found that this property is very good value. The location is great and the fact that you have access to to parking is good The staff are very helpful. Anastasia on the front desk was very helpful with recommendations for dining

Nice room, comfy bed, helpful staff, great location, and there's a cat that hangs out in the lobby! Unfortunately, the air quality is awful. Either the carpets in the rooms have collected too much dust or it's the air coming through the vents, but for a stay of more than a couple nights, be prepared for a sore dry throat and stuffed nose.

In general a good Mercure Hotel. Thank you for the unexpected upgrade to a suit. However the cleanness was not up to the usual standard. Also everything looked as if they could do with a refresh.
