Although it was very hot outside , I slept perfect in the air cooled room. A pitty was that the bar and the restaurant were still closed due to covid issue. friendly staff and clean room.

Dear, The staff was very polite and helpful. Always with a smile. Also the breakfast was good although I've got a few remarks: - The choice of bread was not tremendous. - The choice of English breakfast (like e.g. sausages) was neither very rich. The rooms were clean and not infected with bed bugs :-) (I inspected them since I've had previously at another hotel a bad experience.) However, the room was quite small with barely place to put my suitcase. Kind regards, Erik

Nice hotel, rooms not large but bed comfy. We didnt have breakfast even though we were charged for it!. In walking distance to all sites, restaurants and bars excellent. Local parking next door using the hotel "minute" parking to drop off your luggage. Bar offered evening entertainment when we were there which was great. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

No hot water for one day of my two day stay. No offer of any tariff reduction.

Our technician staff has made every effort to resolve the problem during the night and the remedies were completed the morning. Visiting Avignon for the first time with two other relatives; enjoyed the comfortable room in a convenient location near the Palais des Papes. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful to this English speaker. The breakfast room was well-provisioned.

A/C didn’t work even after we told the front desk. The bed was a queen size .. not the European double advertised. The bathroom floor was just like a train’s bathroom floor...same material and the toilet was horrible. The whole hotel smelled of mildew or mold. Because we prepaid and couldn’t leave early, we bought a room freshener from a fragrance store across the street to make it tolerable. Only saving grace was a pretty decent breakfast.

Actually our beds are bigger than the European double advertised (160*200 instead of 140*200). The A/C is not working during the month of October because we need to active heating. During this month we offer if necessary auxiliary heating and fan. I’m really very sorry that the bathroom of your room did not meet your expectation. Our hotel has been subject to an audit from AtoutFrance to become a 4 stars hotel. Finally we are so sorry about the smell in our hotel during your stay. This smell was produced because of the strong storm we had. I can assure you that we do everything to stop this, with a fragrance and a work on the canalization. We would like to reiterate our commitment to high quality standards, and we would like to make sure you will experience it during your next stay with us. Satisfactory overall but services at reception can be improved. Could not get 2 separate keys for a double room for 2 days. Helpful and friendly restaurant staff. Location is central just minutes walk from major tourist sites and conveniently located near to massive underground car park. Suggest the hotel strictly limit the amount of time that each vehicle to unload luggage which make it impossible for others to unload their luggage.
