From my initial contact I was greeted and treated with professionalism and kindness. My room was ready and I was briefed on the bus app and shown it was right in front. I was given a map and helped with questions I had about local sights and food choices. My room was clean and comfortable.

Nice and cheap, friendly staff. Toilets are missing seats, which seems like an unnecessary cost saving measure.
