The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes and ozone. I didn't know that ozone had a smell (used in devices to remove the cigarette smell I guess), but it was there and it was extremely unpleasant. It was hard to fall asleep. Otherwise the room was clean and tidy. The next morning, when asking the staff about the smell and if they could have a gesture for us, they said no and started ranting about people smoking and how people are stupid and whatnot. Didn't love the rant, I was just asking in case and the person was very dismissive. I was fine with hearing a "no" about the gesture, but they could have been nice about it.
