We sincerely apologize for the wait you experienced upon arrival. Rooms are usually available starting at 2:00 PM, but availability also depends on our staffing levels and the hotel’s occupancy. Our egg-cooking station was designed to allow everyone to prepare their eggs according to their preferences, but we understand that this concept may not suit all our guests.
