Good hotel well located for central Avignon. Rooms were far too hot - one time I asked for the room temperature to be turned down I was informed they were set at 24C! Breakfast selection was not as good as previous stays - probably because it was very busy so food was running out quickly.

The hotel interiors are disappointing - it looks like the Maxi Bazaar with cheap furniture and cheap decorations. It is not clean and our floor smelled like the toilet the entire 4 days we were there. Our toilet seat was moving and not well installed, and it took 3 calls to the reception and 3 visits to finally solve the problem. the room was not clean, and you should check to see if there are bed insects. We will not recommend this hotel, and will not use it again.

The comments of our customers (positive or negative) are precious to us and allow us to motivate ourselves and improve day after day. However, we saw each other every day and you didn't tell me in any way that the room wasn't clean. When you check-out , I was also there and you did not tell me anything either. Please note that the reception is available 24 hours a day to answer your requests. In addition, we made you a commercial gesture because the room you originally reserved didn't suit you.
