Perfect location for visiting avignon. Clean and comfortable room and good restaurant. The room was very warm (especially for november) so has to have window open. Unfortunately this meant we could hear the very noisy trains.

Ar conditioning did not work all days. Poor maintenance.

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We apologize that the temperatures were too high for you in your room. At this time of the year, we switch from aircon to heater with our system. We did not plan that we would have such warm temperatures, as it is not normally like this in Automn. Very good location for the train station, and a short walk to the city centre. Very comfortable room and bed. Cold water dispensers on each floor, most welcome!
