Dear customer Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you were able to enjoy the location of the hotel, so close to the city center and that you had some good points during your stay. We are sorry that the breakfast and the room temperature were not up to your expectation. Indeed it happens in the morning, everyone come at the same time, so food runs out quicker than other, the time our staff can refill. Some customers few days prior your arrival were cold in their room, so have put the heat temperature up. We are sorry that it made you feel unconfortable.
