I am the receptionist you spoke with regarding the mattress issue, and I was genuinely sorry to hear about your discomfort. Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience following your stay. We are delighted that you enjoyed our location near the train station as well as the quality of our baked goods at breakfast. We sincerely apologize for the wait you experienced upon arrival. Rooms are usually available starting at 2:00 PM, but availability also depends on our staffing levels and the hotel’s occupancy. Rest assured that our team did everything possible to ensure you could access your room as quickly as possible. Regarding breakfast, we have taken note of your comments. Our egg-cooking station was designed to allow everyone to prepare their eggs according to their preferences, but we understand that this concept may not suit all our guests. We also regret that the layout of the suite and the comfort of the furniture did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us continue to improve our services.
