My stay at Mercure Kraków Fabryczna City Hotel was superb (with one minor issue). Four nights in conjunction with a work conference, the room was spacious, modern with all the necessary things to make your stay comfortable - kettle/desk/large bathroom. The only small niggle was the cleaning - whilst it was impeccably clean, we used the kettle facilities each morning but we found the teabags were not cleared & the cups & glasses were not cleaned leaving us to rinse them ourselves.

best hotel in Krakow - really loved it here for two nights on 3rd floor close to elevator. 3 things would improve - 1. the swimming pool smell is everywhere on the main floor, even smell it in the breakfast area. 2. breakfast: great that allergens are listed, but there was few options for allergy-free 3. nicely heated rooms and bathroom, but i personally am too hot person and i couldnt turn down the heat. 22 Celsius to sleep in is very much.
