We are sorry, however, that the arrangements regarding the bathrobe and slippers caused some disappointment. We would like to clarify that bathrobes are included in the standard equipment of our Superior rooms and Apartments, while they are not part of the standard equipment in our Standard rooms. Nevertheless, guests staying in Standard rooms are welcome to use a bathrobe in the spa by collecting one from Reception against a refundable deposit of PLN 50 per bathrobe. The deposit can be paid either by card or in cash and is fully returned when the bathrobe is brought back. We certainly understand that being asked for a deposit may have felt uncomfortable, and we are sorry if this gave you the impression that we did not trust you. The deposit is simply a standard procedure applicable to guests staying in room categories where bathrobes are not included in the room equipment, and is not intended to reflect any judgement about our guests. We would also like to mention that the equipment and amenities provided in each room category are clearly specified on our reservation platforms. Additionally, our Reception team is available 24/7 and is always happy to assist our guests, both before arrival and throughout their stay, should anything be needed. Regarding your request for a late checkout, we always strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible. As a valued Gold member, late checkout is subject to availability on the day of departure.
