We stayed at the Ibis Styles in Confins and overall had a good experience. We checked in online beforehand, although we still had to go to reception and complete the check-in process again. Thankfully, it was quick and easy. The room was huge and very spacious, especially helpful when travelling with luggage and kids. It made the stay much more comfortable. One disappointment was the dinner options. The restaurant only offered a buffet, and although we were hungry, we didn’t want a full buffet meal. The bar food options were limited to pizza and burgers, which was not what we were looking for. It would be great if the hotel offered a few lighter à la carte options. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the noise. Guests on our floor arrived around 1am being extremely loud, and I had to ask them to be quiet as we were trying to sleep. The same thing happened again around 2am, which completely disrupted my sleep, especially frustrating as I had to wake up at 3am to go to the airport. I think the hotel should have more signs reminding guests to keep noise levels down during the night. On a positive note, the airport transfer was very easy and convenient. Overall, I would rate the hotel around 7–8/10. Without the noise disturbance, I would happily give it a 9/10, as hotels should be a place where guests can properly rest before travelling.
