Cheguei cansado ao hotel, fiz o chek in, e me dirigir ao quarto, chegando la o mesmo estava suja imundo, retornei a recpeção e fui transferido para outro quarto porém o banheiro desse novo quarto estava exalando um odor horrivel, como estava muito cansado, fechei a porta do banheiro e fui dormir, porem a noite e pela manha quando fui usar o banheiro foi quase impossivel.

Agradecemos a sua avaliação e pedimos desculpas pelo ocorrido. Não é nosso padrão.

Chevked in at about21:30 ordered 3 simple ham and cheese sandwiches. 45 minutes later cancelled the unfilled order and went to bed hungry.
