We’re not informed on check-in there was a tour party eating at 7pm and we would not be able to get a table until later in the evening - total lack of communication. On returning home we find that the hotel have taken the payment again! We have had great difficulty in sorting it.

Room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. A problem with the TV was fixed really quickly by the friendly reception staff. I didn’t expect to have to pay or at least not pay so much for parking - especially as the hotel is on an industrial estate and therefore only accessible by car. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant, which was a bit of a let down. The food was expensive for what it was and service was not good. Breakfast was better, although restaurant staff were still inattentive and unhelpful. Overall, a nice hotel but the restaurant service really could use a bit of work.

All OK. Room was fine and food ok. Was very annoyed parking was an extra cost given this is an out of town hotel with its own car park. Felt a bit exploitative to charge extra!
