Upon entering my room, there was faeces in the toilet, which makes me wonder if the room was even cleaned. The faucet in the toilet was also very loose, and the toilet seat was also loose.

The bed is non comfortable at all - even after being changed to a better room the double bed was made by putting together two single beds being the connection (middle) very annoying for sleeping. Also there is lack of attention to details (gel running out, no laundry bag replacement, no water in gym....)
