Lovey clean hotel staff not very friendly, went out there for surgery and ordered room service they said it was £7 to bring it to the room I explained I had surgery and they said oh well it £7

THe lobby and rooms are nice and pleasant relaxing to stay. I chose the hotel for the location as it is close to the motorway as I'm with car but unfortunately the car park situation is a problem. There is lots of car park around but you cannot park and the hotel carpark was over full with lined up cars even on the entry into the carparc wrongly parked. Friendly staff overall good experience.

The hotel was lovely with good access routes into the city, big room,reasonable view. Parking was very limited and as we had to park by signs that warned of fines, a bit worrying even though reception said it was fine

The rooms are clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The breakfast was a bit busy, but there is lots of choice.
