So two things happened. First, I found my room a bit too cold (I hate cold) and after I contacted reception, a nice electric spaceheater was deliverd. Room hot in no time. Secondly, I had a brunch organised for 10 of my friends. I reserved for a different date. Notwithstanding I had not given pre-notification, the staf organised the brunch as if nothing happened. Well done is an understatement. Mercure South will always my prime choice whenever I am in Antwerp.

Well located, next to our office. Booking a room goes always very smoothly (via email). Same goes for checking in and checking out. Good stay for business matters.

There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom. The couch was broken, so it couldn't be folded up. The breakfast could be a little bit larger and better.

Hotel was great bar, restaurant and reception and staff but ..... Our room had an awful smell from the bathroom drains . Would stay again but avoid room 509
