Good value for money. The fact that housekeeping had overseen a few small things from an earlier stay was not really an issue but when I mentioned it at checkout taken up immediately.

I had a classic room. The furniture had scratches. The sink was broken. The bathtub with shower looked like it was installed in the 1970s. The light was very dim in the room. The smart TV only allowed to watch linear TV. Changing the room temperature setting didn’t seem to have an effect. The food in the restaurant was simple, the restaurant itself was cold. The whole hotel had an unpleasant smell as if someone had sprayed room perfume to cover up another unpleasant smell. The only positive experience was the staff, they were all without exception very kind and helpful. All in all, this was no where close to a four-star experience.
