Checkin was rushed & not overly friendly, zero information offered about Antwerp or the hotel itself. The room was as expected however the floor was not clean-this needs to be reviewed. The construction work around the hotel is extremely disruptive. Whilst I understand this is out of your control, it is important that your guests are aware of this & that the noise starts at 07.30 until 17.30. If guests are on business, this is probably not a problem, but for leisure guests this is not so good. 20euro cash deposit required for use of a hairdryer is not acceptable. Good points: Breakfast was generous & location great for train travellers

The bed is good and the room is big enough. The location is near the central station, but on the opposite side of the city center, so it’s around a 15 minutes walk to walk all the way around the railway station.

Perfect location next Antwerp Central Station for a night stay. Room is basic but has what is needed. Good value for money so I regularly use it when going to Antwerp for a concert or opera. Only minor point: A bit street noise from people shouting until midnight, which sounds as if the window is open, although windows are double glass. (Not sure if the window does not close well or if the street before the hotel has quite "good" acoustics).

My TV was not working. This is not so important, but as the General Manager, you should be aware of this. When I came back to the hotel at 0:00, I followed the sign that tells me to ring the bell after 11:00pm. An upset employee reluctantly opened the door and then pointed at the card reader telling me that I should use that instead of ringing the bell. There is no sign telling me that. So, why is the last memory of a beautiful evening, the memory of an employee of the hotel who is upset that I followed your rules? This is the worst - I told my company that I would not be working on Monday 2 March 2026 so I can sleep in and rest. Your housekeeper kept me from that. At 9:30am, your housekeeper banged very hard on my door for a very long time and then ENTERED MY ROOM. I was still in bed, so when I heard him or her come in, I said, I'm still here! I was able to go back to bed, but about 45 minutes later, there was another knock at the door which woke me again (another housekeeper), and I had to shout that I am still in the room. This is simply not acceptable. Your checkout time is 12:00pm. There is absolutely NO reason, why any housekeeper should be entering a room before the checkout time. I pay money to stay at hotel to rest not to be disturbed.

On our second visit, staff were again very polite, friendly and efficient. The room was definitely a budget room but the price was double what it was on our last stay, for whatever reason, dynamic pricing, etc. Suffice it to say that at this price, I could have expected at least some minimal shelving or space for clothes. Spartan, to say the least. OK, it's a budget hotel. But not even a paper cup for water? Room was spotlessly clean, but clearly beginning to look a little moth-eaten.
