I have stayed here every year for a yearly conference however this year had been the year am dissatisfied. 3 nights in a row I had sleepless night because there was cigarette smoke in the room at night probably coming through from another room. There was noise at night outside the room which was not controlled. I checked out and was still called I had luggage’s in the room. The person had a bit of an argument that I had to go back to the hotel to show myself that I actually checked out.

The parking mentioned on the site was difficult to find, because we weren't looking for the HUGE parking for the central station itself... On the site it gave an streetname+number, and that doesnt match where the entrance is. Please make it more clear which parking it is.

We were able to check in early as the room was ready which was really convenient. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. Quiet environment which was good for sleeping.

Stayed for 1 night because of a Concert in the AFAS Dome. It’s a fine hotel for a quick stay, a last minute booking. Perfectly fine! 😌 Rooms were quite hot, so be aware of that

The room is comfortable but very basic, no kettle, no fridge. Cleaning lady really nice and efficient. Reception staff did the minimum and blocked the entrance to the cafeteria area to avoid being used by guest, not nice at all. Even it is a not smoking hotel, you could smell constantly people smoking.
