Despite it being a non smoking room it smelt of cigarette smoke. There were no do not disturb signs in the room, and the cleaner walked straight in despite the door being locked. No kettle or safe in room. Bedding and bathroom was clean, and staff friendly.

Very Durty, towel very thin, pillows horrible, poor heating, behavior of “non hygiene” with buffet from guests. One of my worst experiences at Accor hotels. Only positive aspect: the employees always friendly willing to help.

We had a room for 3 people where only 1 outlet was working. We came back from the sportpaleis with almost everyones phone dead but we could only charge one. We asked the reception for a multiple plug but they could not help us. I dont really believe that a hotel that size doesnt have a multiple plug. Wanted to watch a little tv, but we could not watch it eather because the outlet was not working there as well. It was room 506 btw. SAD you have to pay so much for a broken room

Cleaning staff did NOT clean or make up the room during our stay. It is completely and totally unsatisfactory. Only fresh towels were supplied. Not much else matters. It’s a basic failure about what it means to be a hotel. My loyalty to Accor is mostly gone after being extremely loyal for 10 years.

Nice room but overall makes a poor impression. Breakfast was awful I tried to get a refund but after several promises I haven't seen the money transferred back into my account.

Check in was easy, the rooms exactly what we love about all our Ibis stays (this trip we had booked two rooms) however as soon as we got to one of the rooms we had to ask for toilet paper as this had not been stocked up. Presuming because the room was just made up as we had to bring our own towels up to the room too. The next morning, we had no hot water at all in one room and minimal in the other. There was no one at the desk both times we went down so never followed up that morning. In the ,

The Ibis Budget Antwerp is very well located, close to the trainstation and the local shopping malls. The breakfast is very good for the low price. The room is quite average and does look a bit like a hospital. The sink, shower and toilet are located in the bedroom itself and not in a seperate room. The walls and doors feel waver-thin, which is very unfortunate if loud guests have rooms on the same floor or just noisy people outside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional and try their best to make up for the poor accommodation.
