Dear Mr, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret to hear that your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. Our hotel is designed to offer a convenient and budget-friendly accommodation option, and we apologize if the room size was not comfortable for the number of guests in your party. While our rooms are indeed compact, they are optimized for functionality and value in a central location. Regarding the air conditioning, we understand your discomfort, especially during unexpected warm spells. As a budget hotel, we typically do not experience a hot climate in Antwerp which is why our rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. However, we strive to assist our guests by allowing windows to be opened further upon request for additional ventilation. We take matters of privacy very seriously, and we adhere to GDPR regulations. We are investigating the issue regarding the copying of your ID to ensure that our policies are enforced correctly and consistently. We are sorry to hear that there was a mix-up with the room allocation. It is our priority to provide guests with the room type they have booked, and we will review our check-in procedures to prevent such occurrences in the future. On the subject of breakfast, it is our aim to ensure a well-stocked and pleasurable dining experience. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of bread and will reinforce our efforts to maintain ample supplies of all breakfast items. Cleanliness is a cornerstone of our service promise, and we regret that we fell short in this regard. Your comments regarding the state of the walls and ceiling have been noted, and we will be addressing them with our housekeeping team to improve our standards. It is great that our location suited your needs, being close to various attractions in Antwerp. However, we regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. The warm weather can indeed make the rooms feel hotter, and while we do not have air conditioning, we do offer the option to open the windows further upon request. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience with the television in your room.
