Good staff, good food. Room chilly even at 24 degrees, shower room (sink, position of free lotions and in general) awkward for a left-handed person. Card use for lift also awkward for a left-hander. Not so well insulated against noise as other Ibis I've known. In particular, room doors are very close, the arrival of my neighbour in 423, though he was quiet, woke me up.

Excellent stay, clean, bed comfortable and friendly staff. Bathroom was a little on the small size, but adequate for little me. However, whether a large person would manage, is a matter for them. Good WiFi, and lovely sitting area downstairs.
