Poor Noisy school party in corridor fire alarm went of and we got no info from staff breakfast ordinary

We regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We acknowledge that, you experienced discomfort during 1 evening from noise of some students. We understand how important a good night’s sleep is and offer our apologies for any disturbance. We strive to provide a peaceful environment and are disheartened to learn of the noise caused by these other guests. Regarding the unexpected fire alarm, we recognize that clear communication is paramount during such incidents and apologize if you felt uninformed while the staff was busy sorting everything out. On top of these concerns, we are sorry that our breakfast did not exceed your expectations. Please know that we aim to offer a variety of quality options to start the day off right.
