Dear Jim, It is disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations. We are pleased to know your room met our cleanliness standards, a priority we take seriously. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short in other areas. During the renovation works, we do everything we can to keep the inconvenience to a minimum. The early disruptions caused by ongoing maintenance work are not reflective of our usual service. We acknowledge your feedback about the communication prior to your arrival and regret that the gestures (bottled water and exceptionally coffee and tea facilities in our standard rooms) provided did not meet your expectations.
