Dear Arianna, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad you chose to stay with us and pleased to hear that we upheld our usual high standards. However, we apologise for any inconvenience regarding the electrical sockets and the TV channels. We do provide an extra power strip on the desk with various sockets and USB connections for our guests' convenience. As for the TV channels, we offer 24 channels, including a variety of international options, but we understand that we may not cover all languages. Regarding the payment issue, we assure you that the amount charged for online check-in is a guarantee for your stay and any additional expenses, such as drinks or snacks. This amount is reserved and not used if the guest pays for their stay upon check-out. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused and encourage you to contact our front desk for further clarification and assistance. Please note that our hotel does not have minibars in the rooms, but our guests can pick up drinks at the bar and take them to their rooms. We hope this information is helpful for future stays.
