Our prime location in the heart of the charming and historical city Sint-Niklaas ensures that our guests have the Grote Markt at their doorstep and are close to the city of Antwerp. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the booking process and the misunderstanding regarding the availability of ALL points. We aim to provide accurate information and seamless service, and it seems we fell short in this instance. Additionally, we regret the oversight concerning the soap in the men's room and understand that this may have caused some frustration. We are sorry that our quality of service did not meet your expectations and are reviewing your comments with our team in order to improve our service. The Hotel is in a good location in the centre and very close to the Grote Markt. Rooms are basic but functional. No kettle or iron so bring your own if needed. My only issue was no socket near to the mirror when getting ready. Beds were clean and comfortable. There was air conditioning but couldn’t get it to work through the night. Good selection at breakfast which set you up for the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good value hotel.
