Our team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for all guests. We sincerely regret the inconvenience with the staircase access. Key card systems are in place for security, and we’re reviewing this process to ensure smoother access during busy periods. Nonetheless, we’re glad our receptionist could assist promptly when the lift was occupied. Our central location near Sint-Niklaas’ historical sites and the Grote Markt remains a highlight for many visitors. We look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay in the future.
