This hotel is pretty quiet and well situated. The bar is pretty decent for an evening drink too, though there’s many a fine(r) establishment open nearby depending on the day of the week. The pillows on my bed were thin and lumpy and looked a bit pathetic. The towels are also pretty thin yet nice, and the shower pressure was excellent and the shampoo and shower gel provided surprisingly okay for wall-mounted dispensers. Can’t comment on the breakfast as didn’t have any but the staff were universally kind and helpful.

The room is also clean. Too bad there were few electrical sockets and that the TV didn't have a single Italian channel. The cost was exaggerated. I hope they give me back the extra money they asked for. Instead of 127 euros I paid 357. To check in online they charged me 230 euros for any drinks in the room... There is no mini bar

However, we apologise for any inconvenience regarding the electrical sockets and the TV channels. We do provide an extra power strip on the desk with various sockets and USB connections for our guests' convenience. As for the TV channels, we offer 24 channels, including a variety of international options, but we understand that we may not cover all languages. Regarding the payment issue, we assure you that the amount charged for online check-in is a guarantee for your stay and any additional expenses, such as drinks or snacks. This amount is reserved and not used if the guest pays for their stay upon check-out. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused and encourage you to contact our front desk for further clarification and assistance. Please note that our hotel does not have minibars in the rooms, but our guests can pick up drinks at the bar and take them to their rooms. We hope this information is helpful for future stays.
