Everything would have been perfect. Good location, parking in the underground parking lot under the square, very nice staff, clean rooms, very good breakfast. But then comes the moment when you need to go to the toilet and then you find out that there is no toilet brush anywhere! As a cultured person, you cannot leave your toilet behind like that! I will skip further details. Out of curiosity, I ask my colleagues living in the next rooms. They start laughing. They have exactly the same experience. So if you are asking, then we absolutely do not understand your concept of no toilet brushes. If you have ever had a bad experience, then you have information from the guest about his ID and payment card. We all have bad experiences like this. I admit that if I do not receive information that your hotel has toilet brushes in the toilets again, I will prefer hotels where I will not experience this trauma again.
