The front desk folks were very friendly. The bartender was the best I’ve ever had - super friendly and easy going. The room was nice and the location was really great in terms of being near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Business trip staying for 2 days. I've stayed in Novotel many times. A couple of the small niceties have dropped off. No free bottle of water in the fridge and no small chocolates. These were both a nice touch but I guess there's been some cost cutting.

hello, the experience was just correct. I have been travelling to the area for 3 years and as often as possible I have stayed in the hotel. things are just getting worse, this time i would not even have the courtesy bottle of water in the fridge. It seems they are cutting costs in all corners, but rate keeps going up.

I often book accor hotels and thought to try Novotel for once, and I really did not expect to get such a nice room and the fact that they use shower gels and shampoo from Rituals was the icing on the cake!! Loved everything about my room. Location was perfect as well with a supermarket around the corner and shopping street and market right over the bridge. Will be coming back for a weekend away to explore the city!

Overall satisfied, but the temperature in the room was to high and even with AC on lowest it was still warm. Could not open a window, so that made it a little bit uncomfortable. WIth AC unit off I managed to get the temperature down and had a good night sleep. The shower was a little tight with my height of 1.95m. But overall it was a nice stay and I was welcomed very nicely.
