Overall good stay. But without my knowledge Novotel charged me one day extra for the stay. Without my knowledge they made a payment from my card, which is unfair.

My booking was pre-paid by our company travel agent, but I was still charged again for my stay even though I said this on check-out. I was told there was no such charge. I then emailed and called hotel the following week, and despite various excuses, such as IT problems I still have not received a credit on my credit card.

The only issue was I booked on Priceline and not all the information was transferred to your computers. I put on their system that we were two adults with two kids, 4 and 1 years old. When we got to the hotel they only had the two adults in the system. We had to make due with one bed and a couch. It brought the front desk lady said it was a pull out but it wasn’t. Luckily, our kids are small so one adult and two kids were on the bed, but it would’ve been nice to have two larger beds. I know this was a Priceline issue as our next hotel in Berlin also didn’t have our kids down on the reservation, but thankfully I emailed them from Mechelen after seeing the issue there. Please work with Priceline to fix the issue for future guests.
