Perfect location to discover the inner city. The room and bathroom was very spacious except for the shower.

All good. One small remark: shower head connection to hose and shower head in room 209 were not good, resulting in water spillage. I would suggest to have that fixed to save water and enhance user experience.

The hotel location is good but the staff is not service minded. I stayed for two nights but discovered on the first morning that the shower had no warm water. After notifying the front desk of the issue they told me that I should check with the front desk on my return if the problem was fixed and if they could not fix it during the day I would get another room. When I returned in the evening the front desk was not aware of anything and told me to go to my room and check myself if there was warm water. Obviously nothing was done and no warm water so back down I go. After confronting the front desk with my opinion that I was disapointed in the service I got no answer other than 'sorry, here is your new room key'. Both mornings I had breakfast here and even though only a few other guests were having breakfast, on one morning there were no tables available because they were full of left behind dishes, cups and cutlery. I had to clear a table to have breakfast.

I had my aircon set to 26C for whole 3 days of my stay but room was always cold. I've tried different settings but nothing helped. Hot water in the shower barely warm enough to have a shower. For January stay this is not acceptable - heat in the room and hot water are BASICS.
