We are pleased that you appreciated our hotel's central location and onsite gym facilities, both of which are integral parts of the Novotel Mechelen Centrum experience. However, we regret to hear about the difficulties you encountered with the air conditioning system. Our hotel is designed to offer individual temperature control for our guests' comfort, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Regarding the noise from the street, our rooms are generally praised for their tranquility, thanks to the double-glazed windows, and we are sorry if the outside sound disturbed your rest. We also apologize for any shortcomings you experienced with our staff and the resolution of the issues you raised; our aim is always to provide prompt and effective solutions. Lastly, we would like to extend our apologies if our breakfast offerings did not meet your expectations, as we strive to provide a variety of options to cater to our guests' preferences. Nonetheless, we are delighted that the gym contributed positively to your stay. Finally, we take pride in our hotel's prime location in the heart of Mechelen, close to many historic sites and attractions, and are glad you enjoyed this aspect of your visit. We zijn verheugd dat onze kamers, de service van ons personeel en het uitgebreide ontbijt bij u in de smaak zijn gevallen. Een positieve gastervaring staat bij ons hoog in het vaandel en uw tevredenheid is onze grootste beloning.
