We moved to the Mercure from another hotel as we weren't happy there. The Mercure was amazing. Staff were friendly. Attention to detail. We loved it.

Very good hotel and staff. It’s my fourth stay in this hotel and I’ll come back again. Well situated, good staff and good room fourniture. The beds are awesome.

Pros: Exactly as advertised, bed was comfortable, stay was pleasant as expected from Mercure Cons: Could have had bottled water in the room. Downstairs where gym should be was a building site with access to toilets.

While we do provide complimentary water in all of our superior rooms, we understand that you missed having bottled water in your room type. We also regret to hear about the wait at reception and the oversight with the welcome drinks for our valued Silver Accor members, which we always strive to offer as part of our loyalty program benefits. Additionally, your comment regarding the breakfast cheese has been noted, and we will ensure that our food offerings are maintained at an optimal temperature for guest enjoyment.
