Overall great hotel, well located and relatively modern. On the negative side, the soundproofing in the rooms is an issue. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing in their room, and that's not really pleasant. Also I would expect warmer welcome for Gold members. While the staff is polite, we had a completely standard welcoming.

It was in perfect location, freshly renovated, with tasty breakfast and spacious rooms. The downside was that the double bed was not a double bed but two beds clipped together, that was not comfortable for a 4 star hotel. Still we had a pleasant stay.

we booked a room with a parking spot. when we arived we had to wait 20 min. at the intercom. eventually i walked to the reception to hear that we weren't able to get a parking spot. altough the room looked clean at first sight, there where multiple big stains in the carpet. the tv didn't work so we called the reception. they said they would quickly send someone to our room. but after 30min. i had to walk downstairs to ask again. after another half an hour we finnaly got an other room. I was dissapointed in the service of the hotel and frustrated that we had to pay extra for parking while it was supposed to be included.
