Twin beds converted into something resembling a king size bed were very uncomfortable. Pillows extremely small, mattresses too soft, the crack between very annoying. The cleaning was insufficient. Also, there was a bad smell in the bathroom.

There was a construction nearby, and the noise at 1 AM was very loud — we could not sleep. My girlfriend went down and asked for another room, she got the answer that ""you're the only ones who have the problem" and there's no other rooms available. Then I had to go down. I asked about the noise and if we could get another room, for which I also got that "you're the only ones who have the problem" and that everything is overbooked. Then I found available rooms on different booking apps, one of which I booked to confirm. After I booked it in front of the desk, another room was somehow found, and we got ourselves a room facing the road, which was very silent. Everything else after that was okay.
