We are pleased that you found your overall experience at our hotel nice and pleasant, consistently with what you have come to expect from us. However, we regret to hear about the discomfort you experienced in room 108. We understand the significance of a peaceful environment and apologize for the disturbance caused by the humming noise and the lack of sound isolation from the adjacent room. Our hotel prides itself on superior quality noise isolation, and your feedback suggests that there may have been an oversight in this instance. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the olfactory disturbance from your neighbor's dinner.
