I reserved the non smoking room, but definitely somebody did some in there before me, even the window were open. I do have hard time to breath so it was kinda terrible room. The location and the breakfast was fine. Although two morning the juice was out and It did not got refilled/worked the next day only after alerting the stuff got fixed.

My room was on the top floor, the problem, at least on the top floor, is that you can hear you neighbors quite loud. It feels like there is no isolation in the walls. The breakfast on Saterday was terrible, wanted to get some simple yogurt as breakfast, but if the bowl was empty, when i asked the personnel, hey told me really annoyed that the shops where not open yet, so he could not get any at this time. Then i strolled over to the drinks and wanted to get orange juice, and all it gave met was water. Tried apple juice same thing, pineapple same thing, there also was no juice. This really annoyed me.

the daily cleaning housekeeping process needs improvement in efficiency and hygiene, left an empty bottle of beer bought from the hotel for 3 days and left used mugs dirty
