The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm not giving a perfect score because my booking was apparently canceled and so there was no baby bed in my room as requested. The night manager did not know how to set it up so it took a while to get settled in (she had to videocall someone to explain her how to do it), which is obviously difficult with a baby who is tired. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, clean, quiet. I think I would stay there again.
