The hotel is well decorated, and we had a room facing to the rear, so it was quiet. Its positioning is good because we wanted to visit various places in the city, and the trams were very useful for reaching the train stations. The one concern was that the room was surprisingly narrow.

Old hotel. Partly renovated. Commons and elevators are old and need makeover. Rooms very anonymous- need some decoration. Nice renovated bathrooms

I like the location of the hotel, the staff specially the reception staff all very kind very helpful in particular Mr Ryder , the hotel could improve on the room amenities such as billows towels water, specially if yo are staying a week or so like I did. I am a frequent visitor to Brussels and would like to make this hotels my regular stay if they consider long stay amenities.
