I asked for a baby cot and I got it. Place was neat and beautiful although tiny.

However, we understand that the room size did not meet your expectations. Our hotel features a range of room types and while they are designed to be cozy and efficient, we apologize if this aspect of your stay was not as comfortable as you hoped. Regarding the food and beverage options, we are sorry to hear that you and your husband were not fully satisfied. Our bar offers a selection of dishes from around the world and a 24/7 Foodwall for snacks. We appreciate your feedback as it is crucial for us to continuously improve our offerings. Finally, we trust that you were able to enjoy other aspects of our hotel, such as the large smart TVs in our air-conditioned rooms and the unique ambiance of our Art-Deco inspired bar and urban jungle terrace. Decent hotel, pleasant staff. Bit stingy with tea, coffee etc in rooms. After breakfast is finished they advertise coffee croissant and juice until 12pm for 8 euros ...but there isn't any there!

The hotel is well decorated, and we had a room facing to the rear, so it was quiet. Its positioning is good because we wanted to visit various places in the city, and the trams were very useful for reaching the train stations. The one concern was that the room was surprisingly narrow.
