I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect. 1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful. 2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it. She must have been an engineer in her past life as she knew exactly what to do! I didn’t get her name (short hair and glasses), she was excellent. 3. The location is close to good restaurants (Green Burger, Feta, Kafei and Poh Thai) and a Carrefour express and also walkable to other neighborhoods. 4. The bed was very comfortable and there’s a kettle to make tea. 5. Housekeeping is fast and reliable 6. I was a bit late with the check out but the staff was nice about it. 7. Great air conditioning for the humid days The only cons were that the elevator, carpets look old and tired and the walls of the rooms had marks/dings- could use a fresh coat of paint and my bathroom had two shampoos but no soap. The room is a bit of a tight squeeze for a double but as a solo traveler, it was perfect for my short visit.

Good stay, very little parking

Note snall print regarding parking facilities, only 6 spaces for whole hotel available, we had to park the first night in alternative parking further down the road which is £~30 per day and felt less well secure. Stayed in 2 standard rooms with connecting doors, would have preferred garden view (at higher rate) but no rooms there have connecting doors, so had to accept sleeping with closed window, air-conditioning is relatively quiet though. Very clean rooms. Some lights in one of the rooms were bot working and did not get fixed upon notifying reception. Good Breakfast.

I stay here regularly for work. The people are friendly, the breakfast is good and the rooms are small but comfortable. The parking garage entry is narrow but it is convenient to park the car indoor. My only remark is that I would like to have my receipts e-mailed to me automatically.
