I have appreciated the small kitchen - very useful when you came late, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the idea to have a small shop for basic items, because the area is scarce in shops or even restaurants open at late hours.

For visiting European institutions the hotel was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the little kitchen was super helpful, the staff was really friendly. In comparison to the hotels around the value for money is good. Recommendation: As there were several problems with WiFi, TV and the access cards, the IT system should be revised.

Our stay was fantastic. We traveled for my son’s graduation, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They kindly allowed us to have a small celebration in the restaurant area, and they were attentive to us at all times. The hotel’s location is excellent—you can walk to the center of Brussels in about 20 minutes, and the walk is beautiful. I would definitely come back without a doubt.
