I had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All amenities in the room were great. I appreciate the "mini market" equipped with all basic necessities, especially coffee pods and milk.

Zornitsa R. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

I have stayed at the Adagio Access Brussels Europe hotel many times and the rooms have mostly been very pleasant (with two previous exceptions, where the rooms' windows were small, at one end of the outer wall, leaving the room deprived of daylight, while daylight is a key factor for my personal, subjective, perception of comfort). For my last two stays, however, as a frequent guest, I was offered something advertised as a room upgrade. However, the "bigger" rooms that were given to me were not comfortable at all, or at least they were with a layout way too weird for my taste: First, there is no entrance area - as soon as you open the door to the room, you end up in front of the kitchen sink. You have to hang your coat on the kitchen wall very close to the sink. The wardrobe is right next to the hob. The cutlery (spoons and forks) are stowed away inside the wardrobe. The bedroom has a weird long continuation with no windows, leading to the bathroom, along a sofa whose position in the room makes it very uninviting: it faces a blank wall and there is no daylight in this oblong space. The desk is also in this dark area, which makes it completely unusable. In addition, the room was on the ground floor, with windows facing the courtyard, and at night I had to keep the windows curtained if I didn't want people passing through the courtyard to be able to see inside. During the day, daylight coming in through these windows (which were comparatively smaller than those of the regular rooms) was extremely limited. To me it's very important to be able to see at least a patch of sky through the window, which is not the case with room 002. Regrettably, no other room was available on my arrival.

Ferry S. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

The location is fine, but we were disappointed by the unpleasant smell in the room, which made our stay uncomfortable. The staff was helpful; however, as this was the only available apartment, we had to tolerate it. We don’t think we would return to this accommodation.

Dear Ferry S., Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. I regret to learn about the unpleasant odor in your room, which impacted your experience. Your comments will be taken into consideration as we strive to enhance our guest accommodations. Pedro Tomé Jorge - General Manager
