We came there on a business trip, staff was friendly and accommodating - even when the coronavirus alarm started and people started to panic. Clean and private, with a bar ans shop in the lobby. Definitely coming back there.

This was my second stay at the Adagio Access Brussels Europe and it was lovely. The studio was very clean and had everything I needed in terms of kitchen bits and pieces. The staff were very friendly and very understanding when I had to cut my visit short due to work calling me back home to London.

We were staying very close to the main attractions in Brussels and very close to the European Commission. The room was fairly large with enough room for us and the kids. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to have a comfortable stay.

I have been to this apart hotel a number of times but this time I was wowed by the handwritten note by the front of house team that looked up my profile and suggested a number of things I could do while staying for the 2 days I was in Brussels. Unfortunately I was in meetings all day, but look forward to coming again to check out the suggestions!

Good value, confusing terms

The room was well-equipped and was suitable for a long-term stay. The terms for making changes to the stay weren't very well published nor were they advertised on Expedia where I booked the room. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I had to contact Expedia 3 separate times to make changes to my booking, something I've never had to do at any other properties. The differences between the 4, 7, and 10 day rates was not explained clearly, and if it had been, it would have been easier to make the necessary changes without incurring additional fees. Even if I had booked directly with the hotel, it seemed like there was consternation when requesting to make changes to the booking.

Something went wrong with the reservation. The "system" automatically cancelled the reservation and did not sent any warning message! If it was not for COVID-19, I suspect I would be in a situation without room. Besides the price increase (from the one presented at the initial reservation), the experience was normal.
