The room was clean although some of the paint was past its best. As we were staying more than 8 days, we were able to have our room cleaned several times, which was great! I am not sure about the new rules about expecting customers to empty their bins before vacating their room, as this was not explicitly mentioned when we checked in. I discovered the "Bin disposal room" more by chance . I am not sure how hygienic it is, to carry rubbish through the breakfast area where people might still be eating their breakfast!! Otherwise the room was functional and we will probably be back next year!

I had a wonderful experience at the Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels. The room was lovely and clean, and the hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff members were lovely, and the check-in and check-out were very quick.

We enjoyed our stay in Brussels. The studio apartment was basic but perfect for my son and me. The only issue to note was that the heated towel rail in the bathroom could not be turned on. There was a small shop in the foyer selling a few simple things such as pizza and beer and a nice communal area with tables to relax at or work at. Conveniently located a reasonable walk to the town centre attractions and close to the Trone metro station. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. There was a nice shower and the body wash smelt lovely. Small kitchen area with hob, microwave, sink and utensils.

Well located. Staff extremely kind. The room is comfortable (specially the bed -important!). However, the kitchen is a bit limited: there’s no fume hood, the sink is so small you cannot wash anything properly, some kitchen utensils are missing (scissors, cooking knifes…). There isn’t any broom or dust pan.

The hotel is perfectly located to all EU related facilities, the rooms has been very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff in the hotel is very nice and was very helpful throughout my stay. However, there is one bad experience with the taxi to the airport, which has been booked by the hotel: the taxi driver used the situation for his own missionary purposes, which I clearly couldn't escape. Although I did not engage in the conversation, he kept talking to me about the Church of Mormons, and it felt like he was trying to convert me. In this captive situation in a taxi, there is nothing I could have done to prevent it, I felt uncomfortable, violated, and was afraid to say something to stop him, given the fact that this situation didn't feel safe. I cannot recommend this taxi at all, the hotel should reconsider its choice of taxi providers.

A pleasant hotel close to the Europe district with all you need for one-week business trip to EU institutions. Comfortably equipped room with a bathroom, a kitchinete and dishes, fridge, airco, coffee machine, kettel and small cooking plate. Nice personnel, flexible in bookking. I appreciated the bottle with fruit-flavoured water in the lobby to refresh in hot days. Just a bit noisy due vicinity of the Belliard street. But otherwise perfect! :-)

I use to stay in Adagio aparthotel when I come to Belgium. I have both experience in the Anspatch and industry streets. I really enjoyed my staying, the courtoisy of your staff, the cleanning all are perfect for me. My only complain for the one in industry street is that some materials are missing (iron, brosh etc). For a long staying (>7 days) we expect to wash some few clothes and iron them, and some time clen my room if there are some dust on the floor. It's ok to have the room cleaned one a week but time to times I can do it my self instead of waiting one week.
