Located around 15 mins walk from centre Brussels but much closer to EU building. We were so grateful to reception who were very kind and accomodating throughout but especially when my sister hurt herself in Bruges and needed crutches. We didn't get the breakfast but the apartments were well sized and clean.

There was dust in the room and the radiator in the bathroom was dirty, so I didn't feel comfortable putting a towel on it. The dishes had dried food remnants from the previous guest. The room lacks individual heating; the air conditioning only heats the room centrally, and if you're cold, there's no additional heating available. The hotel should consider purchasing safe kettles; the one in the room is old and plastic, and every time it was used, it emitted an unpleasant smell of decomposing plastic, which is concerning for health. If you love the cold and plastic particles in your body, choose this hotel.
