Dear Guest, We are sincerely sorry that the breakfast service during your stay at Adagio Access Brussels Delta was not at the level you should have been able to expect. Your description is very clear: missing plates and cups, bread not being replenished quickly enough, and a long queue at the coffee machine. This is not the breakfast experience we want to provide, and we fully understand how this affected your overall impression of your stay. We have recently been going through some organisational changes within our breakfast service. Unfortunately, your stay took place during this transition period, when our organisation was not yet running as smoothly as it should. We have since been making the necessary adjustments and are now getting back to a stable and properly structured operation, particularly regarding staffing, replenishment and the management of busy periods. We also particularly appreciate that, despite the situation, you noticed the efforts of the team member who was trying to manage the breakfast room on his own. We will make sure that your recognition is passed on to him. We are sorry that these organisational difficulties affected your stay, especially as you found your studio pleasant and clean and were able to sleep well. Generally it was pretty good, I would say the bed is missing a bed side table in the room, the air conditioning was hard to control, the gym is lacking some basic equipment and the breakfast was mostly good but it would be nice to include boiled eggs because some people prefer not to fry food.

Like many, I didn’t immediately read the information available, but knew exactly where to find it when needed by scanning the code. For less tech able guests, the reception staff are available and happy to help. I didn’t use the cleaning service but was aware of their discreet and friendly presence and I noted their availability, should I need it. Snacks, drinks and games in reception give a homely feel. Instructions on how to dispose of rubbish were clear

We stay here as a family with 2 children of 10 and 12 yo. The hotel is nice and clean and recommended for family. There was a queen bed and 2 sofa beds for the children. The price is vary affordable and it's less than 10 mins walk to the metro station and bus stop.

The electric installation on the room was noisy, as there was a constant buzzing. I had to remove the key card from the key holding so that the buzz works be gone. As a result I had no power during the night. The shower holder was too small for the shower head, so I couldn't shower "hands free". Other than that it was good.

I felt like in a 4 star hotel, but with a bigger room. Very clean, quiet place, friendly staff, close to Delta metro station. The reason I went there was because my husband was there last year and he was happy with the conditions. We will come there again when we need to travel to Brussels.

Stayed for 5 nights, family of four. Very comfortable room. Staff very helpful. It was great you could get extra towels at a reasonable price. Located well near a metro station that was just 10 minute ride into the city center. Lovely cafe across the road from the hotel and a mini supermarket, very handy. Only issue was the bathroom didn't seem to have any aircon so got uncomfortably hot when having a shower.

Unbelievably loud air conditioning and zero information on how to turn if off in the room.
