Poor breakfast, no great choice of fresh goods

Well located, near a metro and bus stop. Room was good size, though like all hotels the lighting could be better. The kitchen had everything needed. There s a Aldi about 10-15 minutes walk away and a Carrefour express in the hospital across the road.

I asked 3 times if the tourist tax form could be printed, and every time I was told this was going to be emailed to me after my stay. Now I have to follow up myself which is proving difficult. Other than that, I thought not cleaning the room for 8 days in a row without extra charges is quite poor service.
