We stayed in a wheelchair accessible apartment. The linofloor could do with a good hoovering. The wallpaper above the small table had brown or black stains. The bed was located too near to the window and did not allow a wheelchair to reverse to the bed. The space between the bed and the entrance to the bathroom was hardly enough to get into it without moving the bed. The room number was 301.

We booked for one night and found the stay comfortable. We arrived at 10 PM, and the apartment was ready for us. However, we had an issue with the electric towel warmer—it was stuck on maximum heat and couldn’t be turned off, making the room very hot. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to help us by disconnecting it electrically. Breakfast was disappointing: the space was very small, and there weren’t enough seats available to eat comfortably.

I'm regularly in the hotel and things are perfect. Sometimes checking is a bit long and regular travelers info could be kept ( with client approval ) to speed up process .
