Nous nous réjouissons que votre séjour à Adagio Access Brussels Delta se soit globalement bien déroulé et que la tranquillité de notre résidence ait répondu à vos attentes. Cela dit, nous regrettons les désagréments rencontrés dans votre studio. Nous vérifions systématiquement chaque espace avant l’arrivée des voyageurs et aurions pu faire une retouche ménage si vous nous l’aviez signalé. Par ailleurs, conformément à notre label Green Key, nous avons installé des réducteurs de pression sur les robinets et les douches afin de ne pas épuiser les ressources. Enfin, nous sommes ravis que notre situation géographique ait contribué positivement à votre voyage familial et que cela ait pu faciliter vos déplacements dans Bruxelles.
