I found bed bugs in the room. The staff's solution was to offer a complimentary drink. At that point I did not push for more as any other "easy" solution (changing the room for example) would not have make me believe other rooms are clean. Now I have to deep-clean everything that I traveled with.

He had a good time staying at the hotel with our group for a conference. Staff was very friendly, rooms have all the amenities and prices were decent. Only the breakfast was better at our last stay. The selection is good, but everything is small and therefore limited availability. Coffee machine was broken and juices were very watery.

I would like to have had more pillows. And perhaps one or two portions of tea or coffee in the room, considering the price of the room this would have been appreciated.
