Great accomodation - very clean with good facilities. Small supermarket across from the apartment met all our needs. Underground 5 minutes walk with frequent trains to the City Centre

After a very chaotic check-in, we were happy to find a clean apartment for our family. Unfortunately, the parking situation is terrible and finding a spot in the P+R is akin to winning the lottery.

We are delighted that you found the studio in pristine condition, offering a clean and comfortable environment for your family. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the parking situation during check-in. We understand that finding a parking spot can be challenging, especially in a bustling city. While we do not have private parking, we do offer information on a safe public parking option, the CHIREC parking, and there's also an open public free parking located about 500 meters from our aparthotel. We appreciate your suggestion and will consider ways to improve signage and guidance for our guests during check-in. Despite the difficulties you encountered, we would like to remind you of our advantageous location, a stone's throw from the CHIREC – Delta hospital and Brussels Universities (ULB & VUB), and with direct metro access to explore the heart of Brussels.
