I asked 3 times if the tourist tax form could be printed, and every time I was told this was going to be emailed to me after my stay. Now I have to follow up myself which is proving difficult. Other than that, I thought not cleaning the room for 8 days in a row without extra charges is quite poor service.

Aparthotel Adagio provides very comfortable apartments. This location is easy to reach, (relatively) near the universities, with a supermarket close by. Parking is also very near the hotel, but really costs a fortune if you stay for a couple of nights (next time I may opt for losing my ticket since that is much cheaper -- limited to €100). Express check-out (drop your key and you are ready) was not implemented when I wanted to leave the premises. I had to answer a lot of questions before I could leave, and am still witing for the receipt to arrive...
