Everything was perfect, except the noise from ventilation system, also conditioning did not help much to heat the room

Good morning. The hotel is great, I had a wonderful time, but when I asked them for a service to extend my stay by two nights, they didn't grant it.

1st day got in the shower to be surprized that the shampoo bottle was empty, since im already there under water i skipped shanpooing… then went out to call the reception and no one answered. the bext day i told the reception that i had no shampoo and that the shower gel was almost empty they said ok… at night i realize that thy had put a new shampoo bottle yet the almost empty shower gel was still untouched.( to note that i was staying for 3 nights and the shower gel bottle barely made it to the last day)
