I recently stayed at the ibis Styles Hotel in Brussels and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location in the heart of the city center is undoubtedly one of its greatest assets. Being within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they were always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the overall atmosphere. However, there were a couple of areas where I felt the hotel could improve. Firstly, while the breakfast provided had a decent variety, as a vegetarian, I found the options somewhat limited. It would be great to see more vegetarian-friendly choices available to cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. Another slight inconvenience was the distribution of vouchers for a bar that didn't actually exist at the hotel. While this may seem like a minor issue, it can be disappointing for guests expecting certain amenities only to find out they're not available. Clear communication regarding on-site facilities would help manage expectations more effectively. Despite these areas for improvement, my stay at the ibis Styles Hotel in Brussels was enjoyable overall. The fantastic location and the wonderful staff made up for any minor shortcomings, creating a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city. With a few adjustments, this hotel could easily elevate its offering to even greater heights.

the hotel staff were most kind in responding to all my requests and needs, be it stay and breakfast, logistics, invoicing, or calling a taxi for the airport at the same time, the hotel is located really conveniently in Brussels downtown, well connected to all places, with shops nearby last but not least, room cleaning and all facilities were really up to the standards

We love to stay at this hotel, this time was a bit different because of some renovations going on at the restaurant Lobby, but they did everything and well organised so we could enjoy our meal in our room.

We love to stay at this place, not only for the best location, but also for the kind treat that we always get. The cleanest bed linen and room. This time it was different way to have breakfast being the restaurant under work, but their professionalism were note 10.
