I come to the hotel and i understood that thee is no A/C in it the room locket just above the street with heavy traffic. No possible to open the windows. I asked for another room and answered that the is no other room for me. I got ventilator to place in the room . The heat was unbelievable.

Breakfast: eggs not fresh. I normally always clean up my plate but now it was impossible. I saw that others left their plate with eggs too untouched. Airco did not work. My room (120) was above the linen room and VERY early in the morning they rolled the linnen trolleys in that room. That waked me up and I slept in Brussels because my plane was quite late the other evening. One positive point: the male person at the reception when I arrived at the evening of Wednesday the 7th of October was very friendly and professional. l

The staff are great. The room is definitely Styles level quality. The breakfast is very good (add to you stay if not already included). Tram 92 outside the door. Lots of eats within a few blocks.
