The staff were genuinely very helpful, and the location was excellent. One of the best parts was the unlimited coffee available for guests it tasted really good and was a lovely bonus during the stay. I have stayed at Ibis hotels many times across different countries and locations, but this particular property truly stood out. It was a much better experience than I expected and easily one of my best stays with Ibis.

As an Accor Gold member arriving on a morning flight from the US, I knew official check-in was 3 PM but hoped for something earlier. The hotel let me drop my bags straight away and, after a ~2 hour wait, gave me a room sooner than official check in time - which I appreciated after a long transatlantic haul. Location is a real winner: The tram stops literally outside the front door, and Avenue Louise shops and cafes are a 5-minute walk. Getting to Grand-Place, the Christmas markets, and everywhere else was effortless. Room was mostly clean, bed was comfortable. A mini-fridge and microwave are appreciated. Shower pressure was bit low and water temperature fluctuated a bit. Towels were worn out and needs replacing. Room safe was on lockout and staff couldn't fix it. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but not bad to start the day. Staff are professional; interaction with guests is minimal, which suited me fine. Overall, good value in a convenient part of the city. Would consider staying again on my next Brussels trip.

The hotel was well located. It had all kind of stores, restaurant, and transportation around. Getting to the city center was as easy as it gets. The staff was extremely friendly. The points I didn't like were the following ones : - The room was not soundproof. You can easily ear the cars, and the tramway all day/night long - There were some "uncleaned" parts, such as the curtains, the glasses of water in the room as well.
