comfortable, no noise from the city, small space for children in the breakfast room. However, we were not aware we had to book the parking and we were unable to charge our car despite the price of 20€/day

I have stayed 7 times in this hotel since September 2025, the quality keeps getting worse and worse. The bathroom smells of sewer despite informing the reception (and they do noting). The shower floor is old and stained. The coat racks are broken and some lights don’t work (room 101). The reception staff is cold and unfriendly.

We stayed here because, although we live around the corner, the elevator in our home building was broken, and accessibility is essential for us. The staff were so helpful at all times. We had so many questions, and they were just super. The accessible room was also great.

The staff were genuinely very helpful, and the location was excellent. One of the best parts was the unlimited coffee available for guests it tasted really good and was a lovely bonus during the stay. I have stayed at Ibis hotels many times across different countries and locations, but this particular property truly stood out. It was a much better experience than I expected and easily one of my best stays with Ibis.
