Overall I very much liked my stay thanks to the staff that met my expectations and even more to that, I will give it a 100/10. When it comes to the room, the cleaning needs to be paid more attention. My room was full of dust, I had to request a deep cleaning the next day and asked to change my bed sheets because they were old and itchy at night but unfortunately, that's all they had which was not making my nights peacefully but in general, it was ok and I will definitely come back.

Very friendly front of staff, always happy to help. 2 rooms were ready at 10 am which was a very pleasant surprise. The Tram stops just outside 97 or the 92. Trams are very regular. Nice restaurant not too far away, in Louisa. Free drinks, water, hot drinks were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was good.
