Friendly staff, clean room, location is central. It's besides a busy road with trams so at night you have to keep the windows closed. I would have preferred to have tea & coffee options in our own room, not sure why this is not an option. It makes a difference. The toiletries are of good quality. The cushion is really a cushion so one with a better quality would be preferable.

However, we understand that the noise from the busy road was a concern and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. For future visits, we encourage guests to request a room on the courtyard side, which tends to be quieter. Additionally, while we do not currently offer in-room tea and coffee facilities, we provide complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7 in our lobby for your convenience. We also note your comment regarding the pillows and would like to inform you that we do offer a variety of pillows at reception upon request to ensure a comfortable night's sleep for all our guests. Nevertheless, we are pleased that you found the quality of our toiletries to be satisfactory. Very pleasant stay. Great location, great area, shops, cafes and restaurants near. Tram stop right outside. Nice common area where we also had breakfast. Great breakfast, you can make your own waffles and boil your own egg. Our room was great and bathroom as well. Overall, very good. Only one thing to improve: get new towels.

I always at this hotel. The location is convenient, the hotel is clean, breakfast is fine, stuff is amazing, rooms are well equipped (there is a fridge and microwave). The tram is in front of the hotel, and the metro is some 15 min. by foot from the hotel, or 2 tram stops. Small supermarket is also in front of the hotel. That was my approx. 10th time in that hotel, I feel like at home.

Good stay, Checkin experience was not good

Stay wise all good. However, the check in experience was not great. I arrived at the hotel reception at around 3 PM, with the booking confirmation. The lady at the reception saw the booking and asked me for payment, I obliged and she then entered the amount as 598 EUR, however my total stay cost was 299 EUR as per booking confirmation! When I raised concern, she confidently said “No you are wrong, it’s 598, that is 299 per day!” After a lot of debate, I asked her to call manager. After further checks, it was established that I was absolutely correct, and apparently the receptionist did not understood it! This incident alone is enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
