My wife and I very much enjoyed our 4-night stay. The room (suite on the highest floor) was one of the most interesting rooms we have experienced -- I have stayed in Accor hotels all across the UK and Europe. As it happened, the first three nights were quiet, and we slept well. However, the last night was not so quiet -- perhaps there had not been people staying in one of the rooms next door. Unfortunately, on this last night I found it difficult to get to sleep because we could hear voices and the television from next door. We visit Brussels quite often to see family members, but I'm not sure I would use the Ibis Stephanie next time.

Friendly staff, clean room, location is central. It's besides a busy road with trams so at night you have to keep the windows closed. I would have preferred to have tea & coffee options in our own room, not sure why this is not an option. It makes a difference. The toiletries are of good quality. The cushion is really a cushion so one with a better quality would be preferable.

Very pleasant stay. Great location, great area, shops, cafes and restaurants near. Tram stop right outside. Nice common area where we also had breakfast. Great breakfast, you can make your own waffles and boil your own egg. Our room was great and bathroom as well. Overall, very good. Only one thing to improve: get new towels.

I always at this hotel. The location is convenient, the hotel is clean, breakfast is fine, stuff is amazing, rooms are well equipped (there is a fridge and microwave). The tram is in front of the hotel, and the metro is some 15 min. by foot from the hotel, or 2 tram stops. Small supermarket is also in front of the hotel. That was my approx. 10th time in that hotel, I feel like at home.
