There were zero clean surfaces in the whole room. Extreemely stained carpets, moldy shower, stained table and shairs, scratched and dirty doors, joinery and walls, leaking water in wc and shower. Leftover bath products left uncleaned from previous guests on bathroom counter. Stained towels. Holes in bed linen. No physical lock on the door made me feel unsafe as there were numerous aggressively looking homeless men sleeping, laying on the pavement, urinating in public, aggresively showting in the near premisses (less than 50 meters radius) of the hotel. These conditions might be acceptable if the place positioned itself as a hostel, not a mid-range business hotel and also if the pricing was adjusted accordingly. The two acceptable things during the whole stay were the reception desk staff and unlimited refills of ok quality coffee.

The wifi couldn’t be connected in the room. Even when it was connected occasionally by chance, the network was so poor and slow. I had to use my own data even I had told the front desk about it. I once tried to contact the staff through the internal phone in the room around 10p.m. but no one answered! Also, there was hair on the pillow case! The floor of the showering area was all yellowish which couldn’t be removed. The feeling was not a pleasant at all. Poor hotel!
