Good and practical for short (and long) stays for everyone. Nice coffee machine in the lobby which helped me surviving the early morning hours before leaving to airport. I will use the hotel upon my next trip.

Location is very convenient to/from airport and mass transit. From the airport, you just transfer at Brussels Central and take the 92 tram. Proper room with basic ammenities, neither new nor old. Gym is small but well-kept and ventilated. Breakfast was quite good. Friendly and multilingual staff. Limited selection of francophone channels on TV. Pricewise, an OK value for Brussels standards.

Nice location, walking distance to the center, about 25min. Along a busy street with a tram line. Hotel staff welcoming and polite. Rooms nice, with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast ok. It's nice that you can boil eggs for you, but it's not nice that you cannot quench a hard-cooked egg in cold water -since it will make it so easy to peel.

The staff were very helpful when it came to checking in, as I had arrived early they facilitated a room for me. They also helped me when I left my phone in a taxi.

I stayed one night only. The only (important) problem I found is the very poor connection to the mobile network in the room that forced me to use the Hotel WiFi to receive Whatsapp msgs but difficult to receive calls.

Excellent stay the two first nights until the Saturday night, my third night where i couldn't sleep as people were coming and going in the hall, slamming the door and shouting. I phone the reception at roughly 1.am. The first time nobody answered, the second time somebody told me that they were going to see. The next morning i went to inquire on what had happened. The receptionist told me that he didn't know there was no communication from the night receptionist and he told me that unfortunately it was Saturday. As if it was an excuse for the customers not to sleep on that night. I remind you that we are still paying for the room even though we couldn't sleep.

Stay was okay for one night, but wouldn't stay longer - walls very thin, not 100% clean and most light bulbs broken or not existing at all.

I once had a great stay at an ibis Styles hotel in another country, and the hotel was modern, comfortable, had a pizza shop inside, and offered plenty of amenities. I thought I would get something similar here, but I was disappointed. As a gold member, I was given two tokens to use in the vending machine like I was at a carnival, as they had no bar. There was also no cafe or any place to purchase food, though they rip you off by charging 4 euros for one bottled water (something which the other ibis Styles offered for free in my room). However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate that.

I was kindly welcomed on my arrival and the staff took care of my needs from the very first moment and tried their best to facilitate the access to the room as soon as possible and make the waiting period (not much) as comfortable as possible. The room was comfortable, staff nice, coffee machine and the initiative to reduce food waste were great. Con: too much dust in the room, especially behind the glass plate; towels were replaced and we just got one back (but we were a couple).
