Sub Aqua Club, group of 15 visiting NEMO33 to scuba dive - excellent hotel, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Comfortable bedrooms. Good breakfast. Nice to have free tea/coffee/hot chocolate and a place to gather.

We felt very welcomed by the reception staff, especially Marcel as he showed us several rooms, so that we could decide what to take. The superior room we took was nice and spacious and we liked that it had no carpet. I think overall some renovation could be done also renewing the towels. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

We had a great time at ibis styles Brussels centre, Stephanie. The staffs were very friendly and always at your service.. 24hour free tea, fruit juice and water.

comfortable, no noise from the city, small space for children in the breakfast room. However, we were not aware we had to book the parking and we were unable to charge our car despite the price of 20€/day

Our parking availability operates on a first-come basis as noted during booking, and electric charging stations aren’t currently listed among our amenities. We also regret the miscommunication regarding housekeeping protocols, which typically follow guest preferences. Nonetheless, our team remains committed to providing comfortable stays and is always reachable via the intercom for immediate assistance in shared facilities like parking access. I have stayed 7 times in this hotel since September 2025, the quality keeps getting worse and worse. The bathroom smells of sewer despite informing the reception (and they do noting). The shower floor is old and stained. The coat racks are broken and some lights don’t work (room 101). The reception staff is cold and unfriendly.
