We have already reviewed our network settings and added extra signal boosters on the second floor. Our team is available 24/7 via the internal phone system, and we deeply regret that your late-night call wasn’t answered immediately. Your comments about the bathroom maintenance and bedding cleanliness have been immediately addressed with our housekeeping team. While all rooms feature double-glazed windows, we recognize our street-facing accommodations might still transmit some urban ambiance. We encourage guests preferring quieter stays to request courtyard-facing rooms during booking.
