We stayed 4 nights in this ibis hotel. We really liked it. The rooms had enough space, the bed was comfortable, you had free coffee machine on the ground floor and microwave and fridge in your room. Also the hotel is very well located, 30 minutes walking to the Grand Place, 20 to the Gare du Midi and less than 10 minutes walking from the Louise metro station. My only complain was that the toilette had a funny smell at times, but we also didn't complain when we were on site (it didn't reach the bedroom so it was OK), and that the breakfast was a bit limited on fruits. All the rest was good and we would go back.

Hotel location was very good and had good access. I was very satisfied with the hotel, but the heating system was not working well.

The stay was very comfortable. The room had good amenities including an induction and microwave and wonderful storage options. The location was also excellent especially the tram station outside the hotel was great to have.

We chose that hotel because of its location. Away from the busy area's but still a few steps away from very pleasant districts such as Chatelain and Avenue Louise.

Nice, breakfast was a nice surprise. Good location and connections. However, I did not get a receipt for payment - the reception staff promised to send it by email but I still have not received anything and risk having to pay the whole stay (500 Euros) out of my own pocket as cannot claim it from employer without a proper invoice ...

Stayed with my family ( 2 rooms). The rooms were great, and very appreciated was the bath tub for the children. Beds were comfortable and very nice.The sofa bed a bit small but overall experience was good. Really friendly staff, always helpful

This is my first time in Ibis Style, usually I used Novotel, Ibis and Mercure. The hotel has an excellent location: the tram is directly in front of the hotel, but I used to walk to the center ~20-25 min. I like the concept to have a coffee/tea in the lobby for free, instead in the room. The room was clean and wider than regular Ibis room. Just the double bad size is smaller than usual, but for a single person is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was really good. You can make waffles yourself, vegetables and fruits are available. I have a small comment as a person who stayed three nights - I got bored with the same offer every day. Introducing some warm food would give you grade 10. All in all, excellent experience and I would use the service of the hotel again.

Nice room but remarks on the staff (during check-out) and the fact that the Hotel has no bar

In general the stay was positive. My remarks are only: * On the fact that the hotel has no Bar and therefore welcome drinks are limited to water/soft drinks that can be redeemed on a vending machine * During the check-out I was asking, since I cannot charge the invoice back to my employer if this is not met, for a confirmation that my company's address was on the system to be used for the invoice. The colleague on the front desk, instead of saying that the address was not there and asking me to provide him the address (or look up on the system, as it's done in other Accor hotels) decided to argue that the address was not there because I didn't provide it. After the "blame game" he finally told me in a not very polite way that I had to fill that information on my check-in form. After getting the form, noticing that there was no section to include a billing address and asking him where I should put it, the answer was again, not very politely, "In the form". Finally, after telling him that there was no place in the form to put that information he said "anywhere you want". As I'm used on staying on Accor Hotels from all brands (from Ibis budget to Sofitel) and used to the normally friendly staff this was for me a very negative "surprise"

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. It would be nice if there could be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It would also be useful to have a iron and an ironing board. Otherwise, it was excellent.

Could not fault the hotel. Friendly welcome, great value and perfect location for exploring whilst not being in the centre of everything. Breakfast was excellent and complimentary hot drinks 24hrs was appreciated after a day out. Will definitely revisit this hotel when in Brussels.

I only stayed for two days this time, but the staff were welcoming; they remembered my preferences for a quiet room. Full breakfast option was great, and increased the value of my IBIS stay both in terms of early availability before a very full work timetable, and relative to other hotels in the same area that do not offer as part of the stay; others are in addition to the room charge.
