Room was too hot, very hard to get to sleep. Close to train station but area felt a little dodgy. Staff were very nice

I had booked a room for two for two nights plus a double room for one for two nights. Reception staff rearranged it so I could stay in same room. When window latch needed fixing etc Joyce was there everytime. She is a ⭐️
