Awful Checked in at 5 , gave me the room ,got inside ,the sheets were still the night before, rubbish in the room ,towels in bathroom had someone's BLOOD on them . No alergie matrix at breakfast. My daughter has a peanut alergie. Hideous experience

No USB plugs at all in the rooms to charge electronics. Rude reception staff, systems were down during check in causing me to wait which resulted in me being late for a meeting. Elevators were not working. I had a condom stuck to the back of my bin in the room. Absolutely terrible stay. 140 euros, no breakfast. There are a lot more value options I would recommend near to the station.

This was my third stay in this Hotel in the past year, unfortunately this time it wasn't up to a good standard. The gentleman at the reception was very rude when I was checking in, the room was cold and the bed sheets were torn.

It is also great that you appreciated our central location, conveniently situated opposite the Brussels-South railway station and within walking distance of the Grand Place and other historical sites. However, we apologize for the discomfort you experienced due to the room temperature and the condition of the bed sheets. We understand how important a warm and welcoming room is, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. The stay was fine, but it really felt unwelcoming with the signage around about toilets, security guards, and lockers for luggage storage instead of just taking them at the front desk. It seemed like a bit of a college dormatory instead of a cozy welcoming hotel. The bathroom felt like a camper or hospital bathroom. Really uninviting. Probably wouldn't stay here again because of this.
