Not a great experience, bit of a walk from everything, our room had a smoker in it before us and the room was stink.and the smell was still coming from the bed.the area this hotel was in was not safe and was extremely run down. Not safe at night time.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and tidy, the attention from all personnel was superb and the legendary Ibis breakfast live up to it's reputation. The soundproofing from external noises is OK and could be improved, if something needs to be paid attention

the rooms were not clean, the bathrooms were very old and not well maintained. location was good across from Mifi Station, but felt really unsafe.

Reception staff are bored witless. Cleaning staff changed linen well but failed to top up supplies, such as coffee/tea sachets. Towls are very thin fabric.
