Hotel is fine. Area around the station feels pretty dodgy. Hopefully the Brussels municipality can improve safety around the Eurostar station.

It is terrible, the hotel room is very small and has nothing except old TV and three beds! The staff is way too evil, he let us to the wrong way when we were asking for police station. There are also many blackmans hanging around. MY MONEY GET STOLEN IN THE STATION!!!!

Overall a pleasant stay. Housekeeping don't replenish tea, coffee etc daily. Required to ask reception for supplies. Had to ask for shower gel container to be refilled (on day 3) as was nearly empty on arrival day. Surprised room not vacuumed every day. Website vague about bottled water in room, mentions but doesn't advise if daily, on demand etc. In-room safe would be appreciated.

The AC in the room does not work, leaving us sweating badly. There is no kettle in the room, no in house dining. The staff at the reception are really rude.
