Our birthday trip was very nice, thanks to the team who made the room nice and colourful! I was impressed, I didn’t expect the balloons and birthday card. Thank you each and everyone of you! It would be nicer though to interact or say hi to the clients when in the main lobby. No one was paying attention to the guests, only if you stayed in front of the desk. A bit of dust in the room. Therefore, it was a nice experience. I would improve the customer service experience during the stay, I have worked in ibis before and I know how important is to feel like home when staying at ibis. Nice spacious rooms, clean. Good location. Front desk staff was not very friendly and a stuffed animal was missing from our room after room service came by.

Hotel is in perfect position: across the road from Brussels Midi Eurostar station and a short walk into centre of Brussels. Breakfast buffet had so many choices and set us up for the day. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Two overnight Brussels pauses between Eurostar from/to London and ICE to/from Munich. Large room - much bigger than a UK Ibis. Vast choice and quality of breakfast. Warm and welcoming staff, reception and bar, where late night frites were available with drinks. All this a few minutes from the station. Highly recommended

No frills Hotel close to central station

Easy accessibility of Central station is a major advantage, but the hotel does not have a great appeal as you enter. Room ambiance was just average, spacious and clean though, the storage cabinet wasn't convenient. The staff was courteous, helpful and went beyond the normal to arrange an early take away breakfast for our first day of stay at the Hotel. We needed to use the locker facility, available in the basement, on our last day in the city. Note that you shall need 1EUR coin to operate this paid locker facility. Coins may be taken from the front desk.

på engelska - snabbare: short but sweet. Excellent location for travelling to Northern France by train, or for arriving from the airport. Nice room on the fifth floor with lots of windows - that were unfortunately locked. Comfy bed!

I chose this hotel as I only had one night and arrived/departed from Gare Midi. The hotel was clean and you can easily walk to the city centre so for a quick stop it was perfect. Breakfast selection was quite good as well.

Staff were friendly and efficient, bed was comfortable, access to BBC on TV was good, breakfast was very good. However my room still smelled of cigarette smoke from a previous resident which was unpleasant and disturbed my sleep as I am very sensitive to this, and the bathroom sink was blocked and drained only very slowly.
