Before I was not in a good condition to go on a holiday, Front staff helped me to changed the reservation which was non-changeable. I have been there with my 5 year old. He was sick during the night front staff was responsive at 1am.

Was woken early morning by raised voices which I presume were staff at hotel

There was mold in the bathroom. Water in the shower kept coming very hot and cold. The elevator didn’t work for most of our stay.
