The hotel itself is nice, we were upgraded as we were celebrating a birthday and were able to check in earlier. The room was clean and spacious, not much of a view. The hotel is opposite the train station so very convienet if you get the Eurostar but the area is very run down, graffiti and rubbish everywhere. Lots of groups of men hanging around the streets and beggers everywhere, we felt very uncomfortable and made the decision to move hotels after one night- the room also doesn’t come with a safe which made us more on edge. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, a range of items to choose but not great quality.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. I also appreciated the cleanliness. What can be improved is an opportunity of the buggage storage free of charge.

My second stay at this Ibis. Efficient, good valu3 for money, typical Ibis shower and bedroom, really great location (for Brussels Midi - Eurostar, airport access and other trains) but no atmosphere. Bar OK. Will stay again when convenience calls ….

Nice overall, but the AC felt like didn't produce enough warmth though it has been set to the highest temperature and maximum level of blowing.
