Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que votre expérience au petit déjeuner n’a pas été tout à fait satisfaisante et regrettons que le nombre de serviettes et la disponibilité du gel douche n’aient pas été adéquats. Nous sommes attentifs à ces détails qui comptent et nous excusons pour ces manquements. Finalement, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez trouvé notre hôtel à votre goût et que vous ayez apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de notre personnel. Nous sommes situés à deux kilomètres de la Grand Place et du cœur historique de Bruxelles, ce qui fait de notre emplacement un atout majeur pour nos hôtes.
