Delighted to see this modern hotel only a very short walk from the Gare du Midi. The on-line book in had worked well and made registration very quick. Bustling bar area for a quick aperitif before visiting a number of local restaurants.

Right from the moment we entered we had a terrible experience as the staff at the reception gave us rooms to a regular room when we had specifically paid more money for a deluxe room. Further what was most appaling was that wash basin in the bathroom had was clogged for a whole day. There was no resolution until we checked out. This was by far the most unhygienic incedent I have in all my travel. Despite complaint not action such as a change in room was provided. We were not able to brush & shave in the room. Further the dust bins had not been emptied during the day. Shower faucets and taps were broken. To summarize we were cheated by your hotel. Despite Having paid nearly ~350 euros we got a experience of a roadside motel which is used for shady acitivies. I will never enter your hotel again and will strongly dissuade I knoe anyone from ever stepping foot at your hotel.
