We loved every minute and every aspect of our stay at the hotel. What made our stay extra-special, an absolute 5 star luxury experience, were the staff - Neville in particular, but everyone else as well. They blew us away. Truly hospitality at its best. From the moment we arried, Neville made everything so pleasant and easy before we even asked. He offered to store our bags because we'd arrived before check-in, put my cooler bag in the fridge, greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and friendliness, gave us directions, and chatted with my daughter in French (which she loved). When we mentioned that it was a birthday trip for her, he asked if she liked chocolate. The next morning, she was greeted with a special mini birthday cake for breakfast that he had organized for her! Wow! What a way to make our first morning in Paris so special! He and the rest of the staff, including the ladies in the kitchen, were an utter delight and genuinely friendly during our entire stay. They all offered a can-do attitude with a smile. We plan to come back and recommend the hotel to everyone. The location near the Gare de Lyon is convenient, the decor is modern yet cozy, the 5th floor room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and we really enjoyed the breakfast selection. We were impressed at the variety and also at the fact that there were almond and soy milk available. We especially liked the orange juice machine and the fact that tea and coffee were available throughout the day. We enjoyed having a nice herbal tea in the evening after a long day walking around Paris. We loved everything. Please give the staff, especially Neville, a huge compliment for making us feel so welcome and special during our trip.
