Nice room and public rooms, restaurant food and service excellent. Secure parking option is good to have but seems slightly expensive at 10 Euros. Small spaces but plenty available.

Apart from an initial experience of being ignored, the reception was eventually good. We enjoyed our "welcome drink". Despite booking a Superior room, it was "bare bones" - an uncomfortable metal chair and metal table seemed to be an afterthought addition to the room. The shower, with no door, leaked all over the floor. The breakfast was disappointing- no hot food. Also, despite arriving at 6:30 (opening time) it was packed with a coach-load of customers who had depleted much of the offerings. The few staff available couldn't keep up with replenishing the items.

From our arrival all the staff were very pleasant and welcoming and despite our very poor attempts at French were willing to accommodate us in English. An excellant restaurant meant we didn’t need to venture out on wet evenings. Julian in the restaurant looked after us each night giving first class service

Stop over on way to Tunnel, on the way back from holiday. Secure parking, dogs welcome. A fabulous restaurant - food and staff not ambience. Female receptionist on arrival a bit unwelcoming, but male receptionist and the amazing restaurant staff were excellent as well as being welcoming.
