Upon arrival at 10 PM, following a delayed train, I experienced unacceptable service at the front desk. The receptionist, who was on a call when I arrived, failed to acknowledge me promptly. After completing his call, he proceeded to type on his laptop, delaying assistance and only informing me after several minutes that he needed to enter data. Throughout this interaction, he displayed a lack of courtesy, including no smile or eye contact. As an Accord member and Legrand employee, I am deeply disappointed by this level of service, which falls significantly below the expected standards for an established hotel chain.

After booking on the web, we phoned the hotel to ask, if possible to have a room with a nice view, in a high floor and far from the elevator. I was reassured that all this was possible. On arrival, we were assigned a room looking to a patio. When asked if it was possible to have street view, we were located in a room next to the elevator. Traveling in such low season, it seemed to us that it should be possible to fulfill our special request. It also appeared to us that the receptionist the arrival day was not kind enough to do so.
