Bien cordialement, La Direction

Good welcome. Clean comfortable room but the lighting didn’t work. We were quickly upgraded to another equally clean comfortable room. Good location near city centre with underground parking. Nice restaurant attached. Would stay again.

Allowed to check in early as room was ready. Hotel and room was spotless. Separate bath/shower and toilet which made it easier as we were travelling as a family of 3. Breakfast was great - it had everything you could ask for on a continental breakfast. Being able to boil own eggs to the way you liked them was great too. Ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening and there was nothing at all we could fault with it, and it was at a reasonable cost too. The only fault we could find was we could not get the air conditioning cool enough for us, but that is more to do with us who like a cold room rather than the air conditioning. If we ever return to Limoges, we would be booking in here.

Very comfortable bed, effective AC, good breakfast. However, shower compartment is long, floor very smooth, and nothing to hold on to, so hazardous for old people like me.

Stayed for two nights. Enjoyed a walk around the city. Be mindful that most museums close for lunch 12.30-2pm. Excellent museums of Limoges porcelain. Have lunch in the market - a favourite Sunday lunchtime place especially as the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. However room service is available.

We stayed here as a family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Parking was super easy, and a special shoutout to the breakfast, it was truly amazing. Highly recommended, and thank you for a great stay!

All good, except I just can’t get my head round why you would have a separate WC with no hand wash facilities?

Room is ok for a short stay, bed is comfortable, pillows could be firmer. The carpet in the room had some stains from previous inhabitants and I would have appreciated a small fridge with some water. Decent bathroom with a good shower, didn't manage to keep the floor dry as there was no screen. Breakfast is ok.

We arrived to a friendly greeting and were very pleased with our room plus the fact that the car park was secure and in the building.

Great hotel in the Ibis Styles group, close to the centre of Limoges. Big secure underground car park, short walk to the town centre, extremely comfortable room & excellent breakfast included in the price. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.
