Welcoming at reception. Room was clean and compact, we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was continental but sufficient for our needs.

The hotel was fine however despite booking via the all accord app I did not received loyalty points which is desapointing - hard to understand. Could you please help us recovering those points NSPDJPPNK. Thanks
