The hotel is well situated near the old Limoges quarter with many shops and very good restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved the plumpy beds. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Disappointing! Staff very friendly and helpful but our room was pretty basic and there were ceiling panels down in the corridor with cables and pipes exposed which did look as though there had just been a minor earthquake. It may have been helpful had management put up notices explaining situation and not just ones saying beware of tripping (I think!)

I'm glad to read that you appreciated our friendly staff, and that they were very helpful to you. I will share your satisfaction with them. Concerning the panels down in the corridor, they should be put it back to the ceiling by the company which is working to renovate some technical part of the hotel. I'm sorry that they didn't do it. Thank you for your comment which is very helful, because then we put up a notice to explain the situation. First, we thought that a warning signal was enough, but you are right, it was not. Lovely Dutch girl in reception, Isla (?!), very helpful, and charming. Ibis employ delightful staff. No baths in this Ibis. No parking to speak of except public parking. Hotel in good central position. Noisy due to floors being made of “plastic”. Don’t quite see the point of being a member of Accord Hotels as it it more expensive than using one of the agencies.

During our stay in October we had a serious mosquito problem in our room. Firstly the air conditioning wouldn't work and we were advised that it was not possible to turn on (despite it being on in every other Ibis hotel we stayed in on the days leading up to our stay in Limoges) and we subsequently opened the window overnight. We awoke with in excess of 30 bites. We had 4 rooms in our party and the two at the back of the building both had issues with mosquito's. Overall a terrible experience.

Dear customer, I feel very sorry that you didn't spend a great moment in our hotel. For the confort of every customers, the heating system is turned on from middle of October because we have got about 10°C at night outside. So A/C was turned off during you stay. I'm sorry about mosquitoes bites. We are trying to find the solution, because it's unsual that they are living during this season. Best regards Sébastien

Apart from Street noise the room was good and pleasant to stay in. The breakfast was very good. Only concern there was only one coffee machine so you have to queue for coffee most of the times.

Three night stay. Really pleasant professional and helpful staff. Good breakfast with fruit yogurt, cheese, meats and a good selection of bread and pastries. Only downside is that the hotel is right i the centre and the area around is noisy at night. On the plus side everything is in walking distance.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, room was as expected and everything worked, only issue was when neighbors went into there room it sounded like they were trying to get into ours, otherwise everything was very good and no sound issues. Good breakfast with good quality products.

Warm welcome from friendly staff who always seemed to be smiling. Clean and comfortable room, with good shower in bathroom. Unlike UK hotels, no tea coffee facilities in room. Continental breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.

Really pleased with my room - good size, at the back of the hotel so quite quiet. The only noise really was people walking on the ceiling because of the laminate floors. Staff really welcoming and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Good shower and comfy bed. This hotel is also in a great location for visiting Limoges.
