For it's price it is a very nice play to spend thé night for travellers. It is not Hilton, but thé beds are really good and breakfasts is simple but as much as you want. Only minus is thé lack of non sweet ingredients wit thé bread. Maybe some chease of eggs would be something to considero in the future as I don't like sweet at all. But once again for 4€50 you can't discuss that much

The newly renovated hotel is delightful, and the Cabrio room an excellent idea. Like the decor as well! The staff were friendly and polite, and check in was quick and no fuss. This was my first stay in a 'new generation' F1, and they have been very well renovated. However, the big downside - and this isn't the hotel's fault - is the location. Directly opposite is a factory or something similar, with plant that was running very loudly all night. As there is no aircon (something which might be considered), it was a choice between closing the window and being broiled, or opening it and lying awake listening to an infernal racket! With an 8 hour drive the next day, I deeply resented being unable to sleep - after all, that is what hotels are for!

Very compact room but clean. Communal toilets had no handwash basins (although there was one in the room). Lots of people rushing from the communal showers wrapped in just a towel. Breakfast was very basic with only the option of the option of toasting some stale bread or baguette or muesli. I would not recommend to friends or use again if there was any other option. Poor value compared to other budget chains.

Easy to find, easy to register on arrival, manager very helpful, room small but perfectly ok for our two night stay. First time we have upgraded to the en suite - well worth the small additional payment. Shower had a good flow! Would have been nice to have had one English language channel on the TV - but not a real issue as WiFi was good enough to stream Netflix!

The reception area looked dirty, the stairs up to the room looked like they hadn’t seen a hoover for months. The room was extremely small, the bedding was clean. The toilets and showers were down the corridor. There were three toilets one of which was locked throughout our stay and the cleanliness of them left something to be desired. No towels were provided or available. It was our first time staying in an F1 and will definitely be our last.

Still under construction, rude staff, unhygenic shared toilets

The hotel was still a building site and yet I was still charge a hefty fee. The room layout was ridiculous, with only a blinding light available to use, two plugs in the whole room in unpractical areas. The toilets were dirty, not regularly clean and I had to use all of my strength just to close the door. The breakfast in the morning included stale bread, gelatinous 'jam' and not a fruit in site. The guy at the front desk looked too pre-occupied to even cater to customers (understandable given that he's working in an unfinished hotel). I would have been embarrassed to even have guests in his position.

No mattress on bed, there was something but I don't know what to call it. Dust everywhere from building work being done, should have used half of building, renovated then done other half.

People partying until 2.30am kept us awake. Sheets full of holes. Top cover dirty. No towel. Smelt of smoke. Toilets dirty and smelly.
