Thé rooms were very clean and functional and the balcony view superb. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good except level of water in egg boiler a bit low making it difficult to get a properly cooked egg. The biggest downside was the route from the parking to the hotel reception involving lugging your cases up a tricky set of stairs not, good for an elderly couple like ourselves. It was difficult to understand why the lift started from the floor below but by passed this stage.
