Bed was reasonably comfortable if a bit hard. Was enough towels for me and my partner and a hand towel but no mat for the floor and so it got wet and slippery. No access to tea or coffee. Morning breakfast was good apart from the passive aggressive threaten that all items taken away will be charged to your account. Bed sheets weren’t the cleanest. Television remote partially working. Sound proof rooms weren’t completely sound proof.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I would like to inform you that in a 2 stars hotels you don't have all amenities that you asked for. We have, one towel per person (you can ask for more at reception desk, you just had to come and see us), we have a mat for the floor instead of a hand towel. Maybe you got mistaken. If we have that sign in our breakfist room, it is only to warn some people who like to take as much as they can, so they don't have to buy food for the reste of the day. I checked in and was given a room not as requested on the official site. I checked the Accor site and booking .com and both showed availability, so I returned to the desk and said that I had been given the wrong room, the lady replied that she thought I would prefer it. I was then given a room that I believe is probably used by staff, or perhaps deliver drivers or other employees that have to stay over. I was not given s new invoice for the room, instead the room number and entry code were written on the back of my original invoice. Interestingly the original room number was 217 and the new one was 127. It was situated at the end of the corridor with three other rooms after the offices. The room was filthy, coffee stains on the walls and plug sockets, dust and dirt under the beds. The bathroom had standing water in two places and stank, the grouting on the tiles was black, and the shower hose had black mould in most of the joints. I had to open the window wide switch the air con on and run the shower and sink tap to get rid the smell, and be sure there was no chance of Leegernelers as I was unsure how long it was since it had been used. The door handle was also a hazard as it had damage with sharp edges on the under side and was very stiff to turn. This meant that if you were not careful your hand could slip cut yourselves as happened the first time I used it. I went out the following morning for about an hour, and when I returned housekeeping were cleaning the room opposite. I noted that my room was still to be done. I went out for the day sightseeing and when I returned at about. 18.00 my room still hadn't been cleaned. I spoke to a gentleman at reception and asked if they cleaned the rooms everyday. He told Mr it was the law now because of covid, and if I wanted it cleaning I needed to ask. When I explained that the Accor hotel I had stayed in the two previous days, had done it automatically he told me that not all Accor hotel's follow the same rules, and that they had discretion in certain things. He also told me that the hotel was a private hotel one of 18. To sum up I do not believe the room was fit for purposes, or was normally used for paying guests. I think I was put in there for spite as I dared to challenge the room I was given. There was definitely a problem right at the start as the two women at reception were having a discussion about which room they could give me when I checked in. Should you require any photos of the room I will be happy yo provide them date stamped. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in 5 star hotels, through to 8 bed dorms in hostels. I recently stated in a single bed on suite bathroom four times the size of that one in a hostel in Spain for a quarter of the price. That room was one of the worst I have stayed in and not what you expect from Accor.

Dear Mr H., I am really surprise to read your comment. Let me explain for you. You booked a twin room, with 2 single beds, when you checked in, I asked you if you were alone, and you said yes. I assumed that a double bed woud be more confortable for you. It happens with a lot of our guests, they book the first room they see and then want to change when they arrive. I am sorry if, for once, I was wrong to think that for you. As far as the room is concerned. We don't have any room for our staff. All of our 120 rooms are for our guests. You cheked in at 3 p.m, and you stayed 2 nights. Why I am reading all of your problems now? If the room was so dirty and had so any problems, why did you not come back at the reception desk to ask for another room? We could have done something for you then. Maybe refund you of 1 night or anything. We usually don't let guest spend the night in a room that is not correct for them. They simply have to tell us that something is wrong. We try our best to satisfy our guest. But it is very difficult to do anything now that your stay is over. I, again am sorry that you had to face all of this problems. We booked for 3 persons but the hotel staff didn't prepare the single bed and only left all the bed sheets on it for us to make it. Very disappointing. The toilets smells as if someone used it few minutes before our arrival. Not professional at all. Added to the unpleasant attitude of the staff on our arrival.

Room was dirtier than I would have ever imagined and obviously did not meet stringent COVID standards. Paint was conspicuously patched, soil marks above all rails and headboard. Shelf in bathroom, window ledge were covered in linty dust. Table top was damaged. Floor was damaged. Shower curtain was missing hooks and dirty on the bottom. Grout around shower was mouldy, dirty and stained. Toilet paper was a joke. Extra pillows were not wrapped.

Although small room, this was adequate for our needs. Reception staff very helpful, but the bunk bed was difficult for our daughterto climb into. All in all very happy to stay here. Would have liked somewhere to sit outside.

Great value for money, staff very kind and great breakfast. I will return soon when I travel to and from Paris, and the ibis is also very handy for limoges train station. The A20 motorway is also not far from the hotel.

We had a triple room, so we had a bunk bed and two singles squeezed below, outside the ground floor window there were condoms on the floor. it was extremely hot but the window did have a option to tilt or lock open so we didn't want to sleep with he window wide open. It was cheap, so expectations weren't high. Food was average, parking was good an secure. It did the job, but more space and not having a ground floor room would make things better.

The Room we had was insultable for rent. Because the ventilation system did not work, the bathroom was damp already as we arrived, and the paint on the ceiling was peeling off. There was mood around the mirror and water drips on the wall from condensation on that mirror.
