Location is convenient and staff is efficient, having a place to park the car safely is a huge pro considering the surroundings of the hotel. The room is quite small and there is barely any equipment. But the real problem with this hotel is its soundproofing. Windows are awful, as if it was open. Walls are paper thin and the door is useless. Feels like sleeping in a corridor.

The staff were very nice, the parking was close by and well priced, but the room needs decorating and the bathroom replacing - mildew on the tiles etc, and it was tiny. It wasn't dirty, it was just very very old.

Overall, the hotel left a positive impression. The staff were friendly, and the location is quiet yet convenient — close to the railway station and the city center. The air conditioning worked well for heating, which was important. The interior is not very modern, and the Wi-Fi in the room is not the best, but it is sufficient for basic use. It is also worth noting that some photos online do not fully match reality (for example, the building signage). Breakfast has a rather limited selection, but considering the price, it is quite a decent option.

Your desk agent is wonderful. Very happy and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel construction meant that the people smoking in the room next to mine on one side and the people who came in at after two and talked and watched tv totally ruined my stay. My room and belongings smelt of smoke and I slept poorly.

This is a tired building, outside and in, but the facilities were adequate for our brief visit to Limoges. The public areas were well appointed and everywhere was clean but looked grubby due to being well used and in need of update. Our room was big enough for our needs, the bed was clean and comfortable, there were accessible power points for charging equipment, a TV, flat surfaces to put things down and a small hanging/shelf area. The bathroom was tiny and cramped. The toilet and cistern were heavily stained and wobbly but the shower was good and the towels clean; one large one for each of us. The staff we met were all pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional and this well-located budget hotel was very reasonably priced.
