We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions but on our last stay in a room for three adults was disappointing because of its compact size. The room is hardly comfortable for two adults let alone three. There is not enough space to move around. We love the hotel's location with a view of the lake and close to the highway. Breakfast was very good with a variety of items to choose from. Ample off street car park.

We visit this Hotel regularly so it’s alright. Not wow but ok for a one night visit en route to the south of France. Air conditioning only works ( to a degree) from May to September. If you like a cold room then open the window but make sure you are on the lake side of the hotel. The restaurant for a Saturday night was open ( it is not always so). My wife’s rabbit was delicious though her starter consommé of mussels and lemon grass was extraordinary looking and entirely unappetising- one for the brave.

We phoned before we arrived to request a ground floor room, as we were travelling with two dogs. This was arranged immediately. We were greeted on our arrival. The experience when we visited the restaurant was exceptional. The food was excellent and the service we received from the waiting staff was exceptional. The hotel location on the lake is very nice.

Very pleasant staff & we loved our room Staying in Novotel in the centre in May.& again overlooking the lake on the 1st August Breakfast is good but could be hotter

Check in was good. The upgrade was appreciated. The room itself was cold and never really warmed up despite running the air-con on hot. The meal was disappointing as there wad only a choice of two starters and two mains. The quality of the food was good but with such a limited choice we seriously considered going elsewhere. (Some people did just that.) Breakfast was ok. Checkout was a bit slow as only one person available & he was also covering the breakfast (not a big problem).
