We received a friendly greeting upon arrival and had the room of our choice. Bar and restaurant service was excellent as was the food offer. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and will be doing so again soon.

Excellent hotel in great position on the lake with views and a great walking or running track round the lake, with sightings of elegant herons. Staff great, especially Diene(?)

The staff were super helpful and the amenities and location were excellent. We can’t comment on the restaurant as it was closed but the bar was open and we were well looked after. Will definitely stay here again. It is the best Novotel so far.
