Excellent hotel in great position on the lake with views and a great walking or running track round the lake, with sightings of elegant herons. Staff great, especially Diene(?)

The staff were super helpful and the amenities and location were excellent. We can’t comment on the restaurant as it was closed but the bar was open and we were well looked after. Will definitely stay here again. It is the best Novotel so far.

Good location and great very welcoming and helpful staff. Bedroom and communal areas, particularly upstairs felt very tired and in need of refurbishment/renewal.
