Like many, I didn’t immediately read the information available, but knew exactly where to find it when needed by scanning the code. For less tech able guests, the reception staff are available and happy to help. I didn’t use the cleaning service but was aware of their discreet and friendly presence and I noted their availability, should I need it. Snacks, drinks and games in reception give a homely feel. Instructions on how to dispose of rubbish were clear

We are, however, sincerely sorry to learn about the technical issues you encountered. The continuous buzzing from the electrical installation and the inconvenience it caused during the night are certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We also regret that you experienced difficulties connecting to our WiFi.
