Loved my staying in the hotel. The room was good, always well-cleaned, and breakfast was amazing! The reception staff was always very thoughtful and nice. The lobby is comfortable also. The location is also great! located at the city center with a nice square in front and many shops and restaurants arround, and also near the central station.

good overall. I've experienced some problems with double booking/payment. Expertise of the personnel in charge of check-in to be strongly improved.

Moreover, we apologize for the absence of a refrigerator in your room.
