It was truly a wonderful experience being in Brussels and the hotel made it all the more better. It is PRIME location! Everything was in walking distance literally minutes from amazing sites. I highly recommend it ! It was just perfect for me and my sister. The rooms are simple and low key, very European! Loved it and will surely stay here again next time I’m in Belgium. The front desk team was just as amazing !

Location is excellent. The restaurant on site is a nice feature, though food choices are very limited. Breakfast has a lot of choices but the eggs are awful first thing in the morning. They are way overcooked and dry. I believe they must prepare the scrambled eggs way ahead of time and they continue cooking on the warmer. Later on, the eggs brought out are far better. The biggest negative is the poor housekeeping. Rooms are not cleaned very well prior to check-in. Management needs to spend some money and have the tubs refinished. The bottom of my tub looked gross- unclean and brownish. The carpet in the room was filthy. The bottom of my slippers turned black from the dirt. I think the hotel would do better not to offer daily service and, instead, focus on cleaning the rooms to a higher standard between guests.
