The location of the hotel is great as it is super central to everything. With a young kid it was really convenient to be able to make stops back at the hotel without going out of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were firm which is fine for us but some may not be a fan. My daughters single bed was a bit of an issue as there is no sheet on the mattress only a mattress pad. Her bedding kept slipping off the bed and she ended up sleeping on the floor for one of the night after giving up. The biggest issue was the air con. The aircon did no cool the room enough at all. Luckily it wasn't too hot out and we could open the windows to allow for a breeze. When we first got into the room it was super stuffy and warm. The air con wasn't easy to figure out how to turn on and all the numbers are worn off. After a full day on the room barely cooled down. When booking a room specifically for AC I would have been really upset if it was a super warm weekend.

When I made reservation through the website, check out time at the hotel was 12:00, but actually at the hotel, they requested us to leave before 11:00, so we had to hurry up to pack our luggage. Other points were not enough, but that’s okay because they were all as I expected.

All was fine except the cleaning staff kept trying to enter my room, and even entered my room on the morning I left even though I left by 9.30. I felt harassed.
