Hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes walk away from grand central station and also only a very short walk from Grand Place. Check-in was quick and efficient even though we were late arriving. Our room was on the 5th floor so ceiling was dormer style with very small window on the dormer slope. This made an already very small bedroom feel even smaller! Bathroom perfectly adequate but only had two very thin worn towels. It’s worth paying €15 for breakfast as there’s a good selection of cereals, fruit, yogurt, croissants, cold cuts and some hot options. The waffle maker was very busy while we were there with a selection of toppings! Fresh orange juice and good coffee options also available. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel if you don’t mind a small room and having to ask for extra towels.

The location is perfect, yet the room smells is stinky, the floor carpet isn’t clean, the shower soap box is emtpty. And when i complained about the smell no solution was offered except that they sprayed the room once!
