The hotel is well located and easy to find just round the corner from the Central station. The staff were very helpful. Room was quiet with good view. Breakfast variety was great. Would definitely recommend.

I had two problems at reception

I had booked for one night and on arrival I told them I wanted to extend my stay for another night. All I was told was that the next day I would have to ask reception to renew the keys. So far so good. However, when I asked for the keys to be renewed the following day, a white girl with black hair and glasses who seemed to be supervising the other member of staff who was attending to me was all the time looking dissatisfied and annoyed, and it seemed to be with her work colleague. This was a huge lack of professionalism and annoyed me as a guest. Another problem was on the evening of the first day of my stay, when I had to stop by reception a few times to meet one of my employees who was also staying at the hotel and a girl who was cleaning the floor kept huffing and muttering in French as my employee and I walked past. I narrowly avoided answering her, but I thought I'd better ignore it because there are plenty of other hotels I can stay at on my next trips. Honestly, appreciate Rosa because she's the best employee you have and be more attentive to the professionalism of your other employees because everything goes wrong when Rosa isn't at reception.

4 night stay to see Brussels and take local tours-Ghent Bruges Paris. Prepaid breakfast, which was convenient and very nice. Hotel is just a block from the cityhall square.

It is also pleasing to know that you enjoyed the prepaid breakfast, which we hope provided a good start to your day. However, we regret to hear that the room temperature was not to your comfort. Our environmental policy leads us to use automatic systems that adjust the building's temperature based on external conditions, ensuring we do not overheat or overcool the premises. Despite this, we provide additional fans and heaters upon request for our guests' convenience. Concerning the towels, our policy aims to support environmental sustainability by changing towels that are left on the floor, indicating they require replacement. We apologize for any oversight in this process and for the maintenance issue you encountered in the bathroom. We understand that these details are important and we will be addressing these concerns. Finally, we appreciate your comments on the room size and our Sweet Bed by ibis bedding designed for your comfort, though we understand that space is at a premium, especially when travelling.
