Location is excellent. The restaurant on site is a nice feature, though food choices are very limited. Breakfast has a lot of choices but the eggs are awful first thing in the morning. They are way overcooked and dry. I believe they must prepare the scrambled eggs way ahead of time and they continue cooking on the warmer. Later on, the eggs brought out are far better. The biggest negative is the poor housekeeping. Rooms are not cleaned very well prior to check-in. Management needs to spend some money and have the tubs refinished. The bottom of my tub looked gross- unclean and brownish. The carpet in the room was filthy. The bottom of my slippers turned black from the dirt. I think the hotel would do better not to offer daily service and, instead, focus on cleaning the rooms to a higher standard between guests.

We arrived at our room top floor and modern, although the carpet was vacuumed it smelt humid and as if a wet dog slept the night before on the carpet. We tried to change rooms but were told the hotel was full. Shame as it has a great location.

Water turned from warm to scolding hot that it burnt me and I almost fell out of the shower to get away from the water. When called the front desk the two gentlemen said there was nothing they could do since it was Saturday and a weekend. They said not to shower and seemed like they did not believe me. Just a poor stay

Location of this hotel is perfect, staff are super friendly and accommodating. They interacted with my 3 year old and gave her sweets and high fives, nothing was too much trouble, thank you Rosa and Ramona!! Our room was a triple room, very spacious and spotlessly clean, we had a great view over toward the grand place. Overall a brilliant stay in a beautiful city, thank you again.
