I was in a room on the street side. the windows were not tight even when closed and the noise from the street was very present in the room. Very hard to sleep.

The first room (my room) was fabulous - loved every minute but now i am being told by my daughter who stayed in 511 that they had cockroaches in the room.

It was truly a wonderful experience being in Brussels and the hotel made it all the more better. It is PRIME location! Everything was in walking distance literally minutes from amazing sites. I highly recommend it ! It was just perfect for me and my sister. The rooms are simple and low key, very European! Loved it and will surely stay here again next time I’m in Belgium. The front desk team was just as amazing !
