i do not like your cashless system which was introduced during the recent months - i just hate it and sometimes it can make life very difficult. I have been using this hotel for may years and I have never complained. but this system is just pissing me off.

The best thing about this hotell is the straff. Smiling, helpfull , just ever so Nice The Man in the bar... simply the best. The hotel has small roms and are, due to Its location, quite noisy, but we would go there again Thank You lovly pepole at the Ibis Brussel of Grand Place

Just needed a one night stay to enable us to visit an elderly Aunt in a Care Home at Asse on the Saturday and Sunday afternoons, therefore Ibis was perfect for us. Very clean, well decorated, lovely rooms, helpful staff and a wonderful choice at breakfast. Will definitely be booking again!

overall good. however, even if recognized as a silver member, when I left I have to debate in order to have a late check in, well described in the mail I received. Only after a double check with the supervisor I have been given what was in my rights.

Very pleasant stay. Comfotable rooms; terrific facilities. Plenty of selection of food for breakfast each morning.

Experience was quite good. We arrived early on a Sunday and the staff worked with us to get us rooms early in the afternoon. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of lighting and electric outlets. Comfortable beds. Supplies refreshed each day. Breakfast was quite good: plenty of choices each day and the food was regularly replenished so that one did not "miss" a selection one wanted.

My stay was great. I only didnot like that we have to pay via card. However, I will always prefer this İbis instead of others. The bathroom and the room was much better. Breakfast is great. Lobby is a little bit small but anyway it is good. Cosy and has an excellent location.

It is a well located hotel; however, is far from a prime place. Rooms to smalls, anything that talk on one room can be hear on next room, poor maintenance (the handler of the bathroom door was loose and they never fixit. If you not ask, they not put soap on your room after what was there was empty.

Comfortable and efficient hotel right in the heart of Brussels. We appreciated the view of the square from our bedroom window. Unfortunately the sound insulation between the rooms is not too good so we could hear a lot of noise from next door. Could you please supply more than one teabag per room per night.

Every thing was good until the night before my travel. I asked the person at the reception to put some Brie cheese I bought in the fridge for the night because there is none in the room. In the morning we searched for it and he forgot to put it in the fridge and was outside all night and ruined.

Another pleasant stay at Ibis Grand Place. A slight issue was only that in the premium apartment for three a more advanced coffee machine was expected (for example a Nespresso one) instead of a simple boiler.

The room I was initially allocated was noisy due to a malfunctioning aircon in the bathroom and the waste water pipe was smelly. After inspection by a member of hotel staff I was allocated a new room, which was in line with the usual Ibis standard. Everything else was OK.

disappointing experience, for the price I was expecting more: the room was not dirty but it didn't feel super clean either (the carpet did not seem as though it had just been vacuumed), it was very hot in the room (the temperature control did not work and if i opened the window i could not close the blinds) and finally the room was very noisy (this is the other guests' fault but still did not help me sleep.
