This is my third stay at this hotel. I have stayed at several other Ibis properties in Brussels and much prefer this one. The staff are well trained and helpful, and the facilities are reasonably priced.

Stay was good. Location was excellent. Staff were friendly. Lack of coffee making facilities is a real drawback. Only one beside table . Not enough for 3 guests. Also the charging adapter wasn’t working properly so we hadn’t enough outlets to charge all our devices.

The hotel was good, the staff amazing , welcoming great. The only things was that our room was located close to the storage room, every morning from 6 , you can hear people talking outside our door, probably was the hotel staff, I am grateful that they are working so hard and so early , but was like we had them in the room. The hotel is pet friendly, wow , I love it . But I think is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room, this poor dog was barking for than one hour. For the rest every think was great.
