Room was tiny and mattress had a topper that kept sliding off every night. Beds are narrow twin size so you turn and fall. No A/C bc they claim they cannot go lower than 72 degrees so prepare to roast and experience a super humid room. One elevator not working so we had a long wait with only one elevator operating and we were there all week and left still leaving a broken elevator. Breakfast is expensive at 17€ but you can go to Starbucks, a couple of blocks away, and get a reasonable breakfast. Rooms are tiny so we had to use the bed to open our suitcase and walk sideways to move around. Staff at front desk and cleaning staff were super nice and tried to help but must follow managements directives. Would I stay there again, no! I would go to NH Hotel which is right next door and has larger size rooms, comfy bedding and a fair size bathroom + the staff are super nice (I stayed there the first night).

I have loved staying at your hotels in years past. We always stayed there each time we went to Brussels. I requested room 138 as our usual in the past even if I was going to be alone I was willing to pay for a room for 3. It was not available neither was 238 where we also stayed. I got a room in place d’Espagne. Nothing special. The staff was ok but I really missed seeing Rosa who was always so kind each time we were there. I feel it was not worth the price I paid for the room especially being alone. It was quite disappointing in fact and I won’t be staying there again. I left the hotel saying to myself how disappointed I was with the whole experience.
