Just off Grand Place (as the name indicates!) and a few minutes walk away from Brussels central station, this hotel is super convenient for a stay in Brussels. Shopping, wine and dine, beers and tourist traps all around!

The location is very good, as well as the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is very complete. But in Portugal, the hours are from 6:00 am to 12:00 am. I'm Portuguese and I've traveled a lot, to be able to compare.

Stayed two nights for work, with around 10 colleagues. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, decent breakfast. Well-located. Recommended!

Had to wait 10 minutes at front desk for someone to change my water boiler in the room, no one was there not appeared even when I asked at the bar for help. The person in the bar was rude and told me that I needed to wait for the reception and after 10 minutes gave me hot water in a cup but the issue was not fixed.

We are glad we were able to help start your day off on the right foot with our tasty breakfast buffet and that our location was ideal for your requirements. However, we are concerned that you felt our team's service fell short of your expectation and this will be looked into. Please know that your feedback has been noted to be adressed. So and so. At th Reception desk only one person often busy and not so available. The room small with the bed too close to the wall. Bathroom very small too. Breakfast was ok.

Basic but sufficient hotel in great location. Good breakfast for Ibis standards (ex.fresh orange juice), but limited gluten free options. No kettle in the room. No toiletries and no shoe cleaner.

Good location, initial check in was fine, but the lady forget to put a covid vaccine proof sticker on my room key holder, so in the morning had to go and get my certificate etc to be allowed to have breakfast.

Your welcoming email promised a code for the car park by sms: none came and the receptionist bruskly told us "We have no car park and never send sms messages!" (Which was a lie as we had received on welcoming us but not mentioning a car park) In the evening it was impossible to relax in the room due to extremely loud music from the square behind the hotel. Not a good stay!

The IBIS hotel is perfectly located very close to the magnificent Grand'Place, and there is a large parking garage next to the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I had a perfect stay at this hotel. I stayed here before and knew it was close to the station and the Grand Place. The breakfast was great with so many nice things to choose from. The bar was closed during my stay but that has to with corona. I know from th past taht you can have a great beer there.

Excellent Location and Price

This hotel is situated just a short 3-5 min walk from the main train station in brussels and a minut away from the Grand Place. The staff were very helpful with excellent English , the bar is clean and tidy although not too busy. There is a continental breakfast but if you want to get breakfast outside in the plaza that the hotel is situated then there are many options (note most shops/cafes dont open until 10 so if you need an earlier breakfast the hotel is the one to go for ) I was on a street side room but the triple glazing made for a good sleep. theres AC in the rooms so heat isnt an issue. Even though Covid is still with us, rooms are serviced each day ( unlike others ive stayed in ) and hand sanitisers are at every entrance/touch point /lift entrance and exit. All in all extremely good value and i couldnt find any fault . The rooms are compact with not much storage space but all you need on a short trip. I personally like firmer pillows but others in my group didnt have that as an issue

i do not like your CASHLESS system

i do not like your cashless system which was introduced during the recent months - i just hate it and sometimes it can make life very difficult. I have been using this hotel for may years and I have never complained. but this system is just pissing me off.
