As I walked into the clean and tastefully furnished room, I was thrilled to be welcomed with curtains that opened automatically and a TV screen that turned on the hotel menu. Each bed came with a larger pillow for lounging, a smaller pillow for sleeping and a bolster cushion. Unlike some 5-star hotels that have reduced their service levels in the name of environmental conservation, Pullman does it with finesse! Bottled water was replaced with a built-in filtered tap which was like a free-flow of drinking water. Perfumed liquid soap and hand lotions were offered in a dispenser at the vanity top, and the bathroom also offered shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap via dispensers. Pullman is one of the rare 5-star hotels that still provide good quality disposable bedroom slippers, which was important to me for hygiene reasons. While there were no complimentary snacks, our room came with high quality Dilmah Silver Jubilee Gourmet teas of various flavours and Nespresso coffee capsules. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that we were entitled to a Welcome Drink at either Madison's or El Chido as ACCOR Plus Explorer member, and it wasn't limited to non-alcoholic drinks. We went to El Chido which was situated on the roof-top and thoroughly enjoyed the night breeze and beautiful view of the Marina Bay skyline while sipping red wine. The next morning, we had a la breakfast at Madison's where I could use the 50% ACCOR Plus food voucher. Menu was limited to one page but our breakfast tasted very nice. In the evening, we had dinner at MOGA where we truly enjoyed the food - the Samurai Roll was exceptionally delicious and their Wagyu steak was first-class! Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our 2-night stay at Pullman Hill St very much!

Location is fantastic. Quite close to the CBD area and tourist attractions in the city. Hotel decoration is pretty new, but the room is a bit too small and compact, although I understand given the location and the building itself, this room size is understandable.
