Never have we ever stayed at an Accor that felt so homie. After six nights we didn’t want to leave. While the Pullman was like any other Pullman we have stayed at, what made it was the genuine heart and fun of the staff. They could be themselves wearing amazing Gold colours tiger shoes, or sharing stories about their families. I personally would like Pullman to allow them to show a little more personality for the female staff maybe with their choice of earrings 🫶🏻. Tattoos on show was so fantastic too! Massive shout out to Kimi, Ryan, Dom, Puva and Jesper! Jesper you organising the train for my birthday blew me away. Kimi, Puva and Ryan thank you for the cake and fantastic conversations and friendship, and Dom your vibe is so fantastic too- thank you all!!!!! And thank you also to those I have not mentioned.

I was delighted with the service offered by the cleaners Long and Kevin on the 10th floor. Dominic was a charming and most helpful addition to the staff Muqlish at the front desk sorted out a difficulty for us with expertise and friendliness.

We love the familiar feel when we return to the Pullman Singapore Hill Street. Our upgrade was appreciated and the team are as usual, fantastic. Syd and Vincent at El Chido along with Ashwin at Moga made our stay memorable!! We’re back again in a few months and can’t wait!!
