Thanks to all the team especially upon check in. I can't remember his name, however he was very accommodating and moved us to a room with the view of MBS. This was done even though they already prepared another room with welcome amenities and balloons. Evening canapés and drinks were great and breakfast very expansive and delicious.

Not a bad stay, but did not meet my expectations given the brand and price. I found the food (breakfast and in room dining) was below average for a 5 star hotel in Asia, service was slow when requests were made eg. room service, housekeeping, and huge draw of the hotel - the rooftop pool and bar - was closed without advance notice. I cannot fault the kindness of the staff and it was my no means a terrible experience, but I was disappointed and would not return or recommend.

The short stay was very enjoyable even though it was disappointing the roof top bar was closed for renovation.
