Everything were great, people working or facilities. I would recommend increasing the equipments of the gym as it needs more machines for a better workout module. All in all experience was fantastic.

My stay at your hotel was truly wonderful. The service and overall experience were excellent. However, I would like to note that the music in some of the apartments was extremely loud. I hope this can be addressed in the future. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Even the housekeepers always asked what else they can do to make my stay more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and beautiful, and the pool is a gem! Breakfast was great - maybe a little slow but it was always very busy. My only complaint was that we used meeting space and a break area was scheduled right outside our room with a very rowdy and large group. It was not only distracting but made it even hard to hear because the walls are all temporary walls and there is no insulation. Other than that, it was a great experience.
