whenever we call zero for any services it was taking hours to get the service. they pickup the call quickly but forgot to deliver the service. i was calling 2-3 times for the same subject. The bathroom shower was improper and water was coming from all sides. the anal spray was not having the pressure.

I really enjoyed my stay at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I am from group.
The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I had a really good night’s sleep. I also loved the modern atmosphere of the hotel and the convenient location in PIK.
Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There were plenty of choices, and everything I tried was delicious.
Overall, I had a lovely experience and genuinely felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely come back to Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Jakarta.

I had booked the hotel for 1N stay due to the volcanic eruption that prevented me from flying back. When I had to extend for 1 additional night and then subsequently cancelled, due to confirmation of return flights, the front desk and manager graciously allowed for a refund.

I stayed in room 18-09 and have noticed a number of bed bug bites in the days I stayed there and in subsequent days, as the bites can take 2-3 days to appear, it has to have come from the room, please ensure this room is fully heat treated to remove the infestation

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Swissôtel and our stay truly became one of the highlights of our holiday in Indonesia. From the moment we arrived, we immediately had that special holiday feeling. The hotel felt warm, welcoming and comfortable, and every day we were greeted with so much kindness.
What made our stay especially memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and caring, not only towards us but also towards our children. As a family, that meant so much to us. Our children felt comfortable and welcome, and those little moments of kindness and personal attention made our holiday even more special.
We would especially like to thank Pak Veri, Fiya and Pak Edi. Their warmth, kindness, attention and genuine hospitality really stood out. They always made us feel welcome and cared for, and they helped create so many lovely memories for our family. The children still talk about the special moments and kindness they experienced during our stay.
We also really enjoyed the atmosphere at breakfast and the way the staff made every morning feel relaxed and special. Even during the celebrations around Indonesia’s Independence Day, there was such a wonderful atmosphere and it became another beautiful memory from our trip.
Thank you so much to the entire Swissôtel team for everything you did for us. Looking back, we honestly could not have wished for a better place to spend our holiday this year. We returned home with so many happy memories that we will continue to share with our children for years to come.
Whenever we return to Indonesia, we will definitely visit Swissôtel again. It truly felt like our home away from home, and we hope to see everyone again in the future. We would also recommend this hotel without any hesitation to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

The room rate is quite expensive, but unfortunately the hotel does not feel luxurious or reflect the standard I would expect from a Swiss hotel brand.
The bathroom in particular looks old and worn out and is in need of renovation. For the price charged, I expected much better quality, comfort, and overall maintenance.
Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel and do not feel it offers good value for money. At this price level, there are better hotel options in Jakarta.
