The management focused on cost reduction and not on clients trough personnel… one show (wo)man at reception and bar, in the morning even the breakfast is advertised t start at 7am, at 7:30 the warm food wasn’t present… both coffee machines didn’t work, the same girl from the reception solved isdued either the machines in dining area and served coffee from the bar near reception… Even if the parking is discounted for clients, after the receptionist inserted the ticket in their machine for the discount, at the end was tge same price… and not the last, on booking the same hotel is cheaper :))
