Dear Robert C., Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the disruption caused by the fire alarm during your stay. Guest safety is always our highest priority, and whenever the alarm is activated, evacuation procedures must be followed. Following investigation, it was confirmed that this was a false alarm triggered by steam from a guest shower. Unfortunately, this is something that can occasionally occur and is beyond our control. Our reception team informed guests who approached the front desk that there was no fire risk and that the alarm had been caused by steam. We are sorry if you did not receive this information directly and understand your frustration regarding the inconvenience caused.
