Hotel is good. Everything you need. However the breakfast was packed. Cooks couldn't cope. Hard to get a table. Gave upon a cooked breakfast as the queues too long and wait for replacement food too long.

Despite my several emails, nobody was aware of my 2 bookings as well as my request for upgrade. This is quite disappointing and not a good client experience. I have been staying here for several years already and don't feel as a privileged Gold client. Now, I have been informed that I had to check out on Thursday morning to check in again. I informed you in advance to avoid such issues but it seems that nobody cared as after my emails, nobody took the time to inform me accordingly. Honestly speaking, I wanted to cancel both bookings but as I could not get refunded, I had no other choice than staying.

We had our wedding with you The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us The whole event was fantastic and everyone that came had fun and said what a great venue and lovely staff I stayed over night and got ready there and was looked after so well Food was amazing and service brilliant Couldn’t have had a better day anywhere else
