Nice to see the same staff who remember you and treat you like a valuable customers, with the exception of the small brown haired girl that works on reception who was rude and inflexible everyone else was great. I was on holiday and told the small lady you can be as rude as you want I will ignore it as your not going to ruin my holiday

I apprciated a plug near a mirror that was not ina steamy bbathroom so the hairdryer could be used to dry my hair. The beds and pillows were a good size and very comformtable. The negative was that tehre are no drawers or shelves and the varpet we havily stained and teh genral stae of cleaniness was not great. the reception staff were generally helpful.

I stay at the hotel regularly for work, the service and standards are always consistent. There is a small gym on site which I find very beneficial, there is also a restaurant with decent pub style food. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and rooms are of a good standard.
