Clean and comfortable room but aircon didn’t seem to work. Very limited food options in restaurant. Also a group of loud very sweary guests in the bar. I’m no prude but that meant I didn’t stay in the bar.

Check in was pretty efficient - for some reason I was given an accessible room - not an issue but the sink is a bit small. Bed comfortable and all clean In the room it wasn’t very bright even with all the lights on. I liked the fact that there was usb points as well as plugs. Could have done with a plug closer to long mirror to do hair standing up

I booked an overnight stay to enjoy a concert at the Derngate and relax afterwards. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room we were allocated had good access for an amputee using prosthetic and wheelchair. No difficulty using the room including the toilet and shower. Excellent breakfast.

Good location in the town, rooms are spacious and excellent breakfast - bonus point for having Greek yoghurt! Negative only one small elevator working, no problem walking down lots of stairs but for going up and with luggage it was a long wait. Friendly staff.
