Utter misery. Dirty, grotty. Woke up with bits all over my legs, bed obviously infested with something.

Our hotel follows a regular pest control programme of preventative treatment and high standards of cleanliness, so I was very sorry to learn that following your stay at our hotel you suffered from bites. I can certainly understand your distress and I sincerely regret the discomfort caused. I would like to assure you that we take any reports of this nature very seriously. While no evidence of any insect was found, this will continue to be monitored in addition to the hotel's regular preventative actions already in place. For your comfort in the future, please be advised that the hotel team is available 24h a day should something not be to your satisfaction. I am sure that had you raised this issue during your time here we would have made every effort to offer you an alternative room or rectify the issues immediately. Thank you for your feedback. Didn’t know I couldn’t stay with my partner in same room

Due to covid I was told me and my partner couldn’t stay in same room and we have to look for somewhere else to stay when I said fine I can book a separate room they suggested they didn’t trust that I won’t go into her room I was very upset ended up allowing her to stay and I had to go round looking for another hotel

Hotel is clean. Room with 2 beds, the beds are too small. Room was too bare. Loved the shower

The staff and rooms at the IBIS in central Northampton are superb . Bedroom and bathroom are just what you need and the breakfast is absolutely fabulous. All the staff make you feel welcome and will sort any problems you have out and they are always friendly and polite.

The whole process was simple, with very helpful staff the only downside to the experience was the hotel was very cold in the corridors and the room. It took a few hours for the room heater to warm up.

Stay here on average once a week for business and have subbed reviews before. I seriously have never had an issue here and the service from everyone is so friendly & professional. The IBIS Northampton has had to deal with road closures and rooms not being available on the 4th floor due to recent storm damage (Ciara & Dennis). But this has been dealt with without fuss, with communications to customers and with the usual smiles from everyone. Excellent team all round.
