What an awful experience , my daughter aged 13 and I stayed over to go and watch Northampton Saints against Leicester Tigers and we did not get a wink of sleep , the Fever Nightclub on Horsemarket had a all night rave going on until 530am and we were on the 3rd floor facing over the Mayflower chinese and even with the window shut we could still hear the Doof, doof , doof and downbeat and loud talking . We eventually got to sleep at 540am until 910am . We were exhausted and had to force ourselves to have breakfast and we found the selection limited and the service below standard . The chec kin process not straightforward through the Accor website and had to provide my daughters birth certificate to prove parentage . Which astounding as never had to prove it on previous stays . Overall very disapointing . Sound proofing needs to be significantly improved and the staff serving breakfast keep an eye on re filling hot food and drinks . The bedroom we had was clean and presentable bed very comfy and tv and tea making fine . Sadly due to this most recent experience we wont be staying in a town centre hotel again . Know many other hotel guests conplained to .
