You can check in online before you arrive so all you have to do is pick up your key when you arrive. The hotel is well situated, about 5 minutes walk from Northampton station and on the way into town. The room was nice and clean with a large television, my only gripe was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The bathroom was ok, I didn’t have a shower so can’t say what it was like.

Hotel located near to railway station,car park covered and at the back(£8 24hr).Room was pleasant, simple,bed comfortable, bathroom/shower adequate.. Nothing not to like really,needed somewhere to stay for a night out!!

This was our stay at an Ibis hotel and one we won't be staying in again, the Staff were excellent and friendly, there were stains on the Carpet, bed uncomfortable and there were pizza crusts on the floor and a crusty stale pizza crust used as a window wedge, smelled of weed. We booked 2 nights but moved to another hotel for the 2nd night.

Email/booking software doesn't flow well in it's use, however, calling through and speaking to a human worked. Location OK, facilities are good; staff are friendly and helpful; stay was great. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was our base for a week visiting family . The accommodation is very well priced and the rooms comfortable with ample storage. The bar/ restaurant area was perfect to relax for a while with family and friends and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The central location was ideal for eating out in the evenings and shopping or exploring the town during the day.
