The repetitions was very warm and welcoming. Helped us to check in and directed us to how to get to our room. Easy to find the room and very clean once inside. Just a short walk from the centre of town and when checking out it was an easy process. There is a car park which isn’t too badly price at £8 for 24 hours next to the hotel.

All great experienced and good value for money and everything you need is just right there… daily housekeeping service, front desk 24/7 , restaurants gym and casino just down the road. I will stay here again on my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel

Location was ok for what we needed. Surprised at how run down the hotel was. For example, the reception area had chipped paint and the box to place key cards when checking out was broken. The rooms were noisy (even though the website claimed they were sound proof). No air conditioning in a hotel seems unusual and the shower was completely cold when used.

All good ,nice hotel good breakfast. Just a bit of noise if you are on back of the hotel, there was something going on. The hotel know about it that's why they put ear plugs in the room.

All staff at front desk were friendly and helpful, even when busy. The letdown was that the room stank of smoke, not sure how that is possible these days. Room 227 I think, if management want to check it.

It was hot weather and hotel had no Aircon or fans in room, and windows were closed shut which made the room feel boiling and I couldn’t sleep well.
