I needed somewhere convenient to stay in Northampton for 2 nights. I struggled to find the hotel and somewhere to park. The welcome I received was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. The corridors were noisy during the night, in spite of the notices encouraging guests to be quiet. Breakfast buffet was ok. All in all, I just about survived the experience.

My experience was ok, the toilet broke but was fixed straight away, there was also unsociable behaviour from a room down the corridor, again it was acknowledged and dealt with straight away by staff
