I stayed in room 320 at the IBIS Northampton. The window did not close properly. The handle which controls opening, closing and locking of the window was broken. It had been forced at some point. It was a cold night and there was a cold draft. I mentioned this to staff when leaving the hotel and they made a note. The disappointing aspect is that I stayed in the same room in Summer and mentioned to staff that the window did not close because the handle was broken. Months later nothing had been done.

Staff always greeted us with a warm smile and very helpful when we needed something. Only reason not a 10, is the room just needs a redecorate and a little maintenance in the bathroom.

Well located, friendly staff, but cleaning should've been better it was really dusty and when someone walking or running on the corridor it feels like they are inside the room. You can hear every noise.
