room had no hot water. didn’t notice til i tried the shower. other than that room was ok. staff friendly

Overall the stay was good. The maintence team dealt with a small issue really quickly, the staff were very helpful, but the rooms were too warm and the breakfast was not great. The hasbrowns were tasteless and the edges were too hard, whilst the insides were too soft (i suspect they were over cooked), the mushrooms had a weird tase, finally the bacon, (this is a personal preference) but streaky is not the best.

Great cooked breakfast (but on the down side there's only UHT milk - no fresh milk - so bring your own if you don't like UHT) and the kingsize bed really good.
