Staff friendly and they allocated me an even numbered Sweetroom as requested. I have marked my satisfaction rating down as room 320 has a broken window handle/catch so there is a draft when it is cold and noise from the air conditioners on the roof outside. I have reported this problem on two previous occasions to hotel staff but nothing has been done. Third time lucky?

6am on both mornings it was like a rave underneath my room

Location is good as well as the staff was lovely unfortunately its wasn’t a good stay because I got a backache after sleeping on that mettress..it’s not a comfortable one

Arrived 40 mins early and reception wanted to charge me extra to gain access to room. Room was a long way from lift and I have mobility problems.
