So I have the accor loyalty card for a start. I stayed here at this particular location after my operation back in September so I knew that I was going to be looked after. I made a mistake of booking the Travelodge which was awful so I then relocated to the Ibis and I had a fantastic day the room is very clean the bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and I was allowed to bring my dog and I kept it clean and tidy my dog was well behaved and we all had a good time

Perfectly adequate for a one night stay in the town centre. We stayed over a bank holiday night so parking was free in the nearby surface car park, but parking would have been very expensive otherwise. The room was clean, quiet and adequately equipped.

Dog barking, TV not working! Moves rooms told only room available we was attached to a family room with a child crying all night then at 5 am the whole family was awake on their phone having a shower and the TV blaring, during the night there was banging music from outside and very loud people in the hallways. When I complained the following morning I was told there was plenty of free rooms that we could have moved too! The lady on reception on the night we arrived looked ok uke she couldn't be bothered however the lady in the morning was nice and it was her that told us that we could have moved again,we had no sleep.
