Great location however that's where it ends. Rooms very small and basic. Not worth the £241 which i paid. Breakfast was book which was just over £30. I double checked if this could be cancelled. I was informed there were no conditions. Sadly due to time constraints I tried to cancel which I was told i couldn't. Dinner was mediocre at best. Kids wanted to play pool which was going to cost £40 according to reception. Premier inn is definitely a more affordable option for the same standard. Wouldn't stay again.

The room felt entirely forgotten - the headboard lights were flickering the whole time, there was a random screw sticking out of the headboard, someone had written in sharipe over it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, the vinyl on the wardrobe almost completely off. The bath didn't drain and the sink was clogged with hair. I tried to talk to someone at the front desk after my first night, stood there for 10 minutes (just after 18:00 this was) and no one appeared to talk to at all. Have mentioned it to the staff when I checked out.

Food was very poor and we were not on list to eat
