We genuinely appreciate your loyalty as regular guests of Mercure Hotels, and we’re truly sorry to hear that your most recent stay did not meet the standards you’ve come to expect. We understand your concerns regarding the additional charges for parking, pet stays, and pre-authorisations for incidentals. While these fees are now more commonly applied across many hotels, we recognize the importance of clear communication and transparency, and we sincerely regret if this was not the case during your visit. Your feedback will be shared with our management team so that we can reassess how this information is presented to guests before and during their stay. We're pleased to hear that you found our staff, particularly Sanju in the bar, to be friendly and helpful, and that you enjoyed a comfortable bed and a satisfying breakfast. However, we’re very sorry that the standard of housekeeping fell short of expectations. This is certainly not reflective of our usual level of service, and we will be reviewing your comments with our housekeeping department to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We also acknowledge your concerns about the value and variety of the bar meals and the quality of beverages. This is helpful feedback, and we will take it on board as we look to improve our food and beverage offerings.
