Iron masters restaurant at the Mercure Telford central was very nice. Menu has enough on it to pick something. Maybe some more starters would be good. Food was good. Service was really great. Got my drinks and food order in super fast. Yuen & Ellie were brilliant. Very pleasant and helpful. Thank you

Heating turned off in the Rooms. The Hotel Management have made the decision to turn the heating off in the rooms. 4 Degrees overnight, the room was freezing on arrival and a very unconfortable cold nights sleep was had. For a 4 star hotel this is disgraceful. For £140 per night this is unacceptable. They were unable to supply a portable heater for the room, just an extra quilt. Spent all night with a cold nose and head. Getting out of the shower in the morning was uncomfortably cold.

Attended a wedding at the hotel . The event was just superb and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were cold and heating did not work . The shower did not let out warm enough water . The restaurant was great and food very good. The service provided by Helen was great
