This hotel has a good location, it is a short walk from the train station and easy to reach from the M54. It is also only a short walk to the shopping centre. It has a large carpark with plenty of spaces. You must register your vehicle with the hotel as soon as you arrive. The room was a good size and clean. There was some traffic noise audible through the single glazed windows. The breakfast selection was exceptionally good. I enjoyed the swimming pool. We found the staff to be all very friendly and very helpful. A good choice if you need to be in Telford.

We visited the Hotel for one night and enjoyed a peaceful stay in a friendly atmosphere. The food was great and we were very impressed about the children’s menu. When traveling in the UK we often see very poor food for children, but at the Mercure Hotel the food was both delicious, healthy and affordable.

We had a lovely meal at the restaurant and stay at the hotel. The facilities have Been amazing. The pool and sauna was great to use. The waiters yeun and marta was fantastic very accommodating, polite and attentive. Would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful room, but I really want to comment on your staff, in particular Steph, each time we come my daughter is so happy to see her, and Steph makes her smile to no end, even signing “thank you” and “you're welcome“ with her. She’s a real credit to the mercure and a big part of why we choose to stay here :) thank you for making my babies birthday stay a happy and beautiful time! Kids see the magic in everything, Steph brings the magic and a huge smile

Just finished an absolutely lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant. Great food, great ambiance. Thanks to Dean, very efficient and professional and to Shan (from Hong Kong :) ) for her attentiveness and providing the giggles. Wish we were here longer and well done on the itemised bill debacle.
