Upon arrival I paid for parking using the ringo app, receptionist then informed me that was a mistake and then waived the £10 hotel parking fee. Not ideal, but good outcome. Luckily I didn’t pay for the full 12 hours on the app or I’d be out of pocket. Annoying as signage could be made clear. Booked this hotel due to the leisure facilities and then discovered they’re payable. This is quite disappointing as usually hotels include them for free. The gym and pool are by no means exceptional. The food was pretty good, however many tables remained dirty or uncleared for many hours. The room was fine, would I stay again? Probably not.

No air con in one of the 2 rooms I booked and only half a toilet roll was provided for our stay
