I have been here several times, always meeting expectations, this is why I return. Check out this time was a mess...25 min waiting for an invoice which finally I did not receive (the staff tried to give me a falsified invoice as the date of arrival and departure in their system were not correct as I combined two bookings during my stay...so they did a mess...and I have to pay for that). Breakfast was not meeting expectations, mainly in terms of variety and change. Next time, back to my previous hotel in Lima.

Overall this was a wonderful stay. Felt safe in this part of neighbourhood. Reception staff and brrakfast service staff made this a delightful experience with their warmth and smiles. Breakfast buffet spread has limited selection but we didnt mind as we had to start our day early. The only bone i had to pick was the hotel rates i got from the Accor member sale (up to 25% off) was not as good as what Agoda offered. I had foolishly assumed Accor gave a better deal so did not spend time to make the comparison. Lesson learnt!
