The hotel is centrally located within Miraflores,close to Miraflores beaches,the Wong Shopping malls and walking distance to the Pacque Kennedy park, and the famous Inka Marketing. The Staff were generally warm and a good number can speak English.We were booked in as a group and the entire stay was good. The hotel rooms are clean and quiet, they provided a free ironing room on 6th floor which was a plus for a business travel. Additionally, the hotel has taxi services but you can as well use local taxis like Uber or Yangu. What I didn't like is the fact that the hotel does not provide a bottle of drinking water in the rooms and one has to buy despite the fact that Peru-tap is not good for human consumption. Also, their breakfast was a routine ( same menu throughout our stay) . While hosting a group from different parts of the world and culture's, the hotel should have been more innovative and provide a variety of buffet options.lastly the check in process was a bit slow,guess it's because of large number that day, something they can look into when hosting large groups.I believe these gaps can be worked on in future. Otherwise, I would not mind to come back again especially due to the location,staff and cleanliness of the hotel.

It was a good stay. However, Please provide kettles, tea and coffee in the rooms. We shouldnt be forced to ask for room service for simple things such as tea, for Gods sake

The stay was quite comfortable. However, there were no essential amenities such as shaving kit/tooth kit, comb, slippers, etc., and on top of it, there was no water to drink in the room. Offering water to a guest, especially arriving after a long journey in basic etiquettes and a principle of hospitality. The breakfast, and the ambiance at the restaurant, was excellent, though!
