Overall experience was fine however, they should put blankets in the rooms an extra blanket. At least they should give courtesy water bottle. They should have a fridge or if not a coffee machine in the room. And early check-in should be a thing if they see that you have been there as a frequent customer.

I was welcomed with an English speaker at reception. My room was not available to I got two beds instead of 1. (Two very little beds)! My only complaint is that my toilet seat was broken. The food was amazing for breakfast!! And everyone in the hotel was so kind and helpful

Hotel location is excellent .. walking distance to Larcomar .. my room was very basic .. quiet and clean .. the only downside about the room is the basic amenities - no face towel and toiletries .. BUT what made my stay exceptional was due to Claudia and Pedro Caceres (driver).. both went above their duty to have my luggage driven to the airport just in time to check in for my flight as I left this at the hotel.. I will never forget this and both Claudia and Pedro deserve all the credit .. thank you so very much .. Muchas gracias .. đź‘Ťđź‘Ź

Staff were not always pleasant but could have been a language barrier . We left 2 bags as we were going to Cusco for a few nights then returning , one bag could not be found . We were taken to the car park underground to search however it was found behind reception !! No apologies just left to get in with it . The hotel corridors are dark , dismal and smell very stale . Breakfast was fine however the bar staff were very nonchalant and selection at the bar was poor . The room was dated but bedding was clean and no small hand towels are provided but you can get another bath towel, very odd practice . I wouldn’t particularly return or recommend except for its location .
