Even though I only spent one night for my early connecting flight the next day, they catered to the need of early check-in. Considering the early check-out the next day, they also offered the service of arranging a simple take-out breakfast (sandwich, biscuit/crackers, an orange, juice, water bottle) which I found very helpful and thoughtful from their part. The hotel is well-located, nearby stores and restaurants on walking distance. There was a restaurant right across the street where my friend and I had the "arroz chaufa de pollo" (Peruvian-Chinese fried rice) with a pitcher of chicha morada. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant after our scheduled city tour and the food was delicious. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable and I liked the secured access system they use to go up the elevator. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It took more than 40 minutes to check in. The staff at the desk not too friendly. We had a room in which we couldn’t open the window. We couldn’t sleep. We had difficulties breathing due to lack of air circulation. The hotel is located in a very pleasant area. But due to to our uncomfortable stay we didn’t enjoy it that much.

Overall, good. I especially appreciated fresh fruits for breakfast, flavorful rice, homemade jam (a bit liquidish to put on a toast though), and overall variety. Didn't like scrambled eggs, something wasn't right with them, to my taste. The mattress was fine. There were three things that I would really to have in the room: a box of tissues, not just a bath towel and mat but also a washcloth, and, very importantly (unfortunately, not standard just like in the US) toilet brush. One more thing: if you do not provide bottled water in a room, have it at least in a vending machine or at the front desk for sale with a clear notice where one might get it without leaving the hotel.
