As hotel infrastructure is still very nice, the staff as always excellent. I was struck at least at breakfast that it was not what it was, but it can always be improved.

The hotel is magnificent. The food is wonderful. The bed is delightfully comfortable. The pool is both attractive and refreshing. What keeps me uncomfortable there is the sense that the staff is constantly looking for any reason to add to the bill, even when I am paying the premium price (such as for a meal-plan stay). When a lengthy visit involves thousands of dollars, being "nickle and dimed' constantly is both unnecessary and annoying. Examples: * being charged for a cocktail because I had it in the dining room and not the bar; * being charged for a friend's dinner when my fiancee left but I had a friend join me for a meal * insisting on charging me for a no-show when I still stayed a week, albeit on a different day -- when the no-show did not result in a sole of lost income. I paid all these charges, because I do not wish to spend my time arguing with hotel staff while on holiday. Other hotels simply are appreciative for a guest who spends $2000 USD per stay. Yours treats the person as a spunge they can squeeze for more. Finally, after being given a room with a balcony and a blue tooth speaker on my initial stay, while those were available, I was not granted such a room on the second stay. Quality drop after pandemia, still a very good hotel

I have been many times in Swissotel Lima. This was the first time after the pandemia. Even if the hotel is still very good, there is significant quality drop in several points: - the worst is the change in fourniture in the breakfast room. The ceramic floor and concrete walls made the room before already very noisy. Now with the new tables and chairs it is extremely noisy and gives and impersonal and"cheap" impression. - The only restaurant left is good, but the offer is quite limited. - Jacuzzi not in order (water cold!) - No tee bags in the rooms (I think that was already before the pandemia) - No immediate help with luggage upon arrival

The meat offer has also decreased but this is logical as the number of clients has not yet recovered, - The only restaurant left is very good, but the offer is quite limited. - Jacuzzi not in order (water cold!) - No tee bags in the rooms (I think this was already before the pandemia) - Nobody at the hall when arriving
