Love the hotel, I always come back when looking for alternatives to spend a low weekend with my partner. The only suggestion I always make is that the TVs aren't pairing up with Apple devices, so if I want to screenshare to play my streaming services series or movies, I can't. In other Ibis hotels and even among other Accor hotels too, their TVs either are pairing up or have the streaming apps already installed. That's all it takes to level up the whole experience. Loyal guests would be delighted to see this improvement in the hotel — take it for granted!

I have been staying at the IBIS hotel for the past few years - and I am thrilled to stay there. They do an excellent job in taking care of my groups (up to 32 of us). Pre arrival all communication is helpful and timely. Once we arrive they have rooms set and ready to go - rooms are clean and comfortable. (They even went above and beyond to put a welcome letter and a cookie in the rooms for each of my people). Breakfast is AMAZING - great selection of food and a clean and comfortable place to eat. ALL of the people who work there are helpful and courteous. I LOVE staying at IBIS - and will continue to stay there when I bring my service groups to Peru. God bless you IBIS! Keep up the good work.

Good breakfast. Comfy bed, quiet room. Gym very tiny and with extremely loud music, no way to adjust. No drinking water offered. Only big towels in the bathroom, no hand towels. Impossible to get a hold of customer service by email beforehand to make a change to my booking. Expensive laundry service.

I have been staying at Ibis for the past few years - a couple of times a year. I bring ministry teams from the US, and we stay at IBIS every time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I was staying for a week, the personel was very nice, the bedroom was comfortable if not a bit small, the food on both the restaurant and buffet was good and varied. I would have liked it more if the restaurant was open later, as I arrived very late and felt a bit rushed to eat, but that's my only real complaint.

The hotel has a good location and beautifully furnished, but my stay was very disappointing. None of the reception staff spoke English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. We were assigned a room without heating (only cold air conditioning) – unacceptable in the middle of winter. To make matters worse, my partner was sick with food poisoning and shivering from the cold. When I asked for help, the first response was simply “use more blankets.” Only after insisting were we moved to another room with proper heating. When receptionist Erick asked his colleague Claudia which room we had been given, she answered “414” with an expression that subtly implied it was “the cold room.” It felt as if the worst rooms are intentionally given to guests staying only one night, assuming they won’t complain. The handling of late check-out was equally unprofessional: first I was told to ask the following morning, then that there would be an extra fee, and finally it was granted free of charge. This is unacceptable given that I am an Accor Silver Member, where late check-out is supposed to be a benefit. The inconsistency and lack of awareness of loyalty privileges show poor training and organization. One positive note: the breakfast was good and satisfying. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
