Good breakfast. Comfy bed, quiet room. Gym very tiny and with extremely loud music, no way to adjust. No drinking water offered. Only big towels in the bathroom, no hand towels. Impossible to get a hold of customer service by email beforehand to make a change to my booking. Expensive laundry service.

I have been staying at Ibis for the past few years - a couple of times a year. I bring ministry teams from the US, and we stay at IBIS every time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is amazing!! All in all, IBIS is a great place to stay!
