very bad. small, no water, and no invoice provided which made me a lot of problem.

It was my third time, and it is always a great place to stay. Very well located and maintained, walking distance to the shopping areas and office buildings.

It was a good stay however there is room for improvement: If there is no concierge front desk staff should be able to guide guest about the area, dining places doing recommendations, having a map. I was only suggested to dine in the restaurant of the Hotel. It would be great also to have some sort of fast food (like cold sandwiches) for those late arrival guests. I was there during the migration of the billing system and was kind of difficult to have the billing done. You should have a backup system or work around to do them
