I have been staying at the IBIS hotel for the past few years - and I am thrilled to stay there. They do an excellent job in taking care of my groups (up to 32 of us). Pre arrival all communication is helpful and timely. Once we arrive they have rooms set and ready to go - rooms are clean and comfortable. (They even went above and beyond to put a welcome letter and a cookie in the rooms for each of my people). Breakfast is AMAZING - great selection of food and a clean and comfortable place to eat. ALL of the people who work there are helpful and courteous. I LOVE staying at IBIS - and will continue to stay there when I bring my service groups to Peru. God bless you IBIS! Keep up the good work.

Good breakfast. Comfy bed, quiet room. Gym very tiny and with extremely loud music, no way to adjust. No drinking water offered. Only big towels in the bathroom, no hand towels. Impossible to get a hold of customer service by email beforehand to make a change to my booking. Expensive laundry service.
