Lima delivered—but Pullman Miraflores elevated the experience. From the unexpected presidential suite upgrade (Suite #1313…Doubly lucky) to the clean, modern design and thoughtful layout, every detail felt intentional. It’s the kind of space that lets you settle in immediately. Perfectly positioned in Miraflores, the hotel makes it easy to explore while still offering a calm, polished retreat to come back to. What stood out most, though, was the service—genuine, attentive, and consistent in a way that never felt forced. It may not position itself as ultra-luxury, but the experience absolutely overdelivers where it matters: comfort, design, and hospitality. A stay that gets the balance right—and one we’d gladly repeat.

The hotel has a good location. No view. Great rooftop bar and pool but construction next door is disruptive. Everything was great actually except for one incident. Before our group golf trip I booked a prior night because we wanted a day to tour Lima. I emailed the hotel months in advance to let them know we are Accor Diamond and that we would like to stay in the same room for both nights of course. Upon check in I stated the same. After a long day of touring and a late lunch and a trip to the pool, we were in the room relaxing after 6pm and the hotel phone rang. It was someone from the front desk saying we would need to move rooms immediately. We were scheduled to be out of our room before 9 am the next morning. It was crazy to be notified that late in the day about something I had gone to great lengths to plan for and explain well in advance! We refused and told the woman to check her files for the email I had sent months before. That soured us on the hotel. It was a real shame!
