My wife and I decided to celebrate her 36th birthday in Peru and opted to stay at the hotel. It started with Miladin and the front desk staff providing a super excellent birthday welcome as we walked through the front door. My wife lit up like a Xmas tree which made me super happy as well. It contained with welcome drinks at the fabulous roof top bar which provided a spectacular panoramic view of Miraflores. I reserve an executive suite and it was at the top of the hotel and provided an excellent view of the city of Lima. The restaurant provides 24h services to include any food you want. They guest service booked an excellent adventure tour for us which included dune buggy rides, sand surfing, wine tasting, cultural activities. Its great location near all major tourist attractions and Larcomar mall a 2 minute walk. BEST HOTEL TO STAY IN LIMA. Dexter and Kadesha B. 👍

Incredible location and value. I was however disappointed by the service at the rooftop pool/bar in the afternoons. The wait staff (Alessandro) was difficult to locate and always seemed annoyed by any request/order. Not once over several hours would someone come to the pool and see if the guests needed anything. These interactions did not align with the overall experience of the hotel.
