We completely understand how important a restful night is, especially on the 14th floor, and we are addressing this with our operations team to better manage noise levels moving forward. We also appreciate you letting us know about the foot pedal on the bathroom waste can; we have already notified our maintenance team to have it repaired right away. I gave this hotel two weeks to correct a mistake they made. Unfortunately they didn't. This hotel charged us twice for all the drinks and dinner we had during our stay. We immediately told the hotel about this but after 2 weeks they still haven't corrected their mistake and we still haven't gotten our money back. A lot of empty promises while we gave them the benefit of the doubt and all proof and information. Do not recommend, you might get stolen from.

My family and I stayed at the Pullman Lima Miraflores Hotel for a week in Lima Peru and it was the absolute best experience. The front desk staff were the absolute Best! From Janet to Anthony, who both went out of their way to ensure our accommodations met our satisfaction, answered all of our questions, provided information about the local area, customs, places to eat and visit as well as all the amenities the Pullman Lima Miraflores Hotel offered. The hotel is located in probably one of the best locations in town! Numerous restaurants and stores all within 10 minutes walking, safe part of town and 2 blocks from the beach/cliff area. The hotel also served a buffet style breakfast every morning and since my family and I are breakfast foodies, this definitely was the way to start our day. Jose Luis and the entire Breakfast Team were outstanding by providing first class service, fresh and delicious food with a vast variety of fruits, pastries, bread, meats, beverages, eggs and of course breakfast staples like pancakes, waffles and French toast that were absolutely the most appealing and best tasting! The staff at the Pullman Lima Miraflores definitely left my family and I with a positive and phenomenal experience...Thank you!
