Lots of positives for our stay, lovely staff, great food lots of choice for breakfast, unfortunately the extremely poor night's sleep we had negated all the positives, Room 229 which is a suite has an appalling mattress, so uncomfortable that it should be disposed of immediately.

My husband and I booked a 30 min treatment this lasted 15 minutes , we complained at the time to be told it should say 25min and to allow 5min shower timer we had to walk 5min to a room the other side of hotel and back again . So basically all the walking and 5min shower is included in the time . This is disappointing and we won’t be using the spa again , it was my husband firsttomeatthespa he was hobsmacked as to what we had
