Night 1 was a disaster, with a very loud extractor(?) fan in or near the room, which had a very significant impact on both quality and quantity of sleep, but comfy enough bed. Not impacted by the party downstairs at all. Night 2 had a different "superior" room, which had more space and was very quiet, much appreciated. However, there was a fancy coffee machine and pods, but no kettle so no access to tea. I tried hot water from the coffee machine, but it was as bad as expected. There was a bench at the end of the bed which I hit my shins & toes every time I went near the bed, several times it was to try & move the curtains to try & shade the massively bright street lights just outside the window - unsuccessfully. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was really not worth the £15 which was charged for it. Tea not an option, coffee from machine was pretty poor, 1st attempt "latte" undrinkable, so opted for black & added milk from one of the nearby jugs. Very basic sausage, bacon etc., around £4 worth I would say. Pretty expensive & not very satisfactory overall.
