The hotel is very well located, clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. However, the absence of a business center is noticeable, and the Ramadan iftar was average.

Air conditioning needs to be serviced to operate more effectively. 25 degrees Celsius is not comfortable. Rooms should be from 19-24 degrees at the most.

The Mövenpick team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every one of my stays is exceptional. I would especially like to recognise Junior, Ines, Jean‑Yves, and Serge for their kindness and for always making me feel truly “at home.” Whether it’s helping by printing documents, making sure I get the room I prefer, greeting me warmly the moment I arrive, or even calling me when they haven’t seen me at happy hour, their attention to detail never goes unnoticed. I would also like to highlight a team that is often overlooked: the room service team. They have always been incredibly accommodating, preparing my room at any time of the day to fit around my work schedule.
