My party and I had the usual kind welcome. In the morning an excellent breakfast served in the restaurant. Personnel was very courteous, competent and friendly throughout our stay. I would point out the particularly kind and helpful service of Ines Assi and Chris, whom we would see often and would take special care of our needs. The staff up in the 7th Floor Lounge was very good generally, including the breakfast employs.

Well located, subpar service

Ordering from the restaurant always took no less than 50minutes; the bill took 15minutes to get. It was shocking because it was the same when it was just 4 people in the restaurant it 8. Extremely slow service and the food was just ok, not great. Always about 5/10. There is lack of communication between staff at reception. If you make an arrangement with one person, it’s not reflected in the system and another will not know about it nor effect it. Apart from the nice rooms, there unfortunately wasn’t much to write home about for this stay I’m afraid. My colleagues and I left rather disappointed.
