I have spent 10+ days in your hotel which passed all over aspects in regards to staff service, food and hospitality. However, I have been in two different rooms during my stay and I noticed in both rooms your windows are sealed with no instructions on how to open in case of a fire incident (God forbid!). It would be catastrophic in such an event. Why are your windows sealed from the inside? In case of a fire, I'm expected to break the window glass to escape from the fire or smoke inhalation? Is it a vandalism measure at the expense of your guests safety?

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restauarant is great for breakfast (included), and also very good for dinner. The only negative is that my AC did not work as well as I would have liked. It did not matter what I set the thermostat for, it was always 23.5 degrees. I was there with a group of 7 (all separate rooms) and I believe 3 from our group said the AC worked well. Other than that, I could not have asked for a better hotel experience.

Comfortable hotel. Good bedding. Nice shower. For me as a frequent business traveler these two parameters are of most importance. Room is spacious. Although it was not ready despite my late arrival. For which I handed in twice my approx arrival time. Bar was messy (busy night) but friendly and accompanying.
