I love staying here, but the service level is deteriorating each year. It seems the hotel is cutting costs and ataff do not look happy and clients can feel this in the service. The restaurant specifically requires improvement. The staff were lethargic and it felt as if they were avoiding the clients, and when requests for tea or omelette were made, they either directed someone else to bring, or responded yes but forgot later. Orders took a long time even when there was only a couple of people for breakfast. Tables were left not cleaned and without covers after clients left.They did not have proper glasses for juice. What they were using were worm out and while they looked like glass, were transparent plastic. The hygiene level at juice counter was not good. The quality of bread, patisserie were poor. Breakast dishes were also not as good, or simply did not look clean. In the room service menu, several items were not available. The restaurant staff need customer care training and grooming. They need to look clean, have a smile and eager to serve their clients. The restaurant needs a seriious shaking up.

Children playing in gym, baby and parents hanging out and changing baby’s diaper on equipment. Not sanitary. Not appropriate for a gym. These people were loud, on their phones and not using the gym equipment.
