I recently stayed at Movenpick Hotel in Abidjan, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The highlight of my stay was how they celebrated me on my birthday. It was a wonderful surprise that I didn’t expect. The team arranged a special birthday cake with a candle light and a card, and brought it to my room which made my day so special. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really touched me. Thanks to Ines and other staff. The overall hospitality at Movenpick was impeccable. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. The food was good. I would highly recommend Movenpick hotel Abidjan to anyone looking for exceptional service and a personal touch that makes you feel truly valued. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel has welcoming staff at front office and housekeeping, but you need to work extra hard on the staff in the restaurant which need alot emphasis on attention to clients they seem always in hurry and forgetting orders from guests
