I had rented this appart hotel to be able to do my laundry, cook etc (make it my home far from home) Their is an issue with air quality (ac looks like its working) but the humidity level in the appartement makes it not conformable (couch and bed humid) had to purchase a blanket to be more confortable. Did not have any users manuel for anything. (fridge, dishwasher, micro wave and stove). I have an accessible room then asked to be changed du to humidity and got an other room (not accessible) and it was the same. I am a accessibility specialist and I would love to help design a proper space for accessible clients.

Overwhelming technical issues

It was my first time staying and I am not sure if I will be back... I love the location as it is very convenient and close to everything, I love the security and the staff is very friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. The biggest factor that might get me back there is the cleanliness of the apartment as they were spotless, super clean and no issues with the air conditioner. However I had a lot of issues all throughout my stay with the WiFi, the TV and the electric which will go off whenever and the WiFi is not stable not sure if it's because I was on the fifth floor but for the money spent it shouldn't happen... The issue never got resolved and I had to get a local sim with my own broadband. Towards the end of my stay, finally some initiative was taken as I was offered to move rooms but being in the process of packing I declined... There was no compensation whatsoever for all these disruptions during my stay and I am a silver member now gold member! Utterly disappointing so not sure it's worth going back as I have had a smooth stay in other others hotels in ABJ. Oh I forgot to mention my room service which at time was forgotten even upon reminder and there was a few lack of attention to details such as missing toilet paper, french towels etc...
