The location was fantastic and the staff friendly despite the anglaise/ francais battle. Breakfast offered a nice mix and good variety. I didn't rate it a ten because I had a negative check-in experience, but once that issue resolved, everything else was wonderful. Keep up the good work!

When I checked in, I waited for more than an hour because the room wasn't ready.

My colleagues and I checked into the hotel and chose a two-piece room suite instead of a three-piece room suite option, on the condition that breakfast would be included in the room rate. While my colleagues received the agreed-upon breakfast, I did not receive the same benefit. Cynthia had agreed to include breakfast, but Nadia later refused to honor that arrangement for me.
