I stayed at this aparthotel and was very disappointed with the administration. Before, during or right after I check out no one came to inspect the place, After I checked out, they sent me an email 24 hours later claiming that I had broken the stove and needed to pay for it. This accusation is completely unfair because I never even used the stove, and when I left the apartment, everything was in perfect condition. It is very unprofessional for the management to make such a claim without proper evidence that was me; to send a photo after other person entered the room and say that I was the one who broke is very convenience. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and mistreated as a guest. I would advise future visitors to be cautious and make sure to document everything during check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, because of this issue, I cannot recommend this aparthotel.
