If you fix the air conditioning so that the rooms aren’t damp 24/7, and get the in-room wi-fi to work consistently, you’ll be at a 10.

All rooms has very very poor wifi coverage that affected my business trip. Room cleaning 3 times per week is very bad idea and not logic to treat short term stay clean room daily and long term stay 3 times/week. Room water supplies is extremely bad and can't be compared with small 2 stars hotel/ whole week 3 bottle of water. Washing machine service need enhancement how come 2 washing machine serve whole guests. Room electricity need enhancement interior room lights is weak and not white. Air-conditioning affected by power cut That starts automatically at lower temperature than what I need.

The location was fantastic and the staff friendly despite the anglaise/ francais battle. Breakfast offered a nice mix and good variety. I didn't rate it a ten because I had a negative check-in experience, but once that issue resolved, everything else was wonderful. Keep up the good work!

When I checked in, I waited for more than an hour because the room wasn't ready.
